Ocean's Edge offers luxurious mattresses, linens, and towels to provide the pampering you deserve. The condo unit is also convenient to everything the resort has to offer including a mini grocery store/gift shop just steps away from the unit.

Ample parking is available outdoors in the main parking area. MAXIMUM 2 CARS PER CONDO.

Your Master bedroom provides you with a relaxing retreat ! This room sleeps 2. Enjoy waterfront views, breathtaking sky views, and a comfortable king size mattress. The ensuite full bathroom offers a spa like feel with a separate shower and soaker tub.

The 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed. This room sleeps 2. This bedroom also includes a private, full bathroom.

The 3rd bedroom has a queen size bed. This room sleeps 2. This bedroom includes direct access to the bathroom.

There is also pull-out couch in the living room. It is a queen size mattress which sleep two (2) comfortably.

The wrap-around balcony provides lovely views of the Gulf. You will feel like you are vacationing in paradise! Ideal location to view the sunrise in the morning and the magnificent sunset in the evenings!

For your convenience, we have installed an electronic keypad on the front door... you'll never have to worry about keys or cards to get into the unit.

Fully equipped kitchen with coffeemaker, toaster, blender, and much more!

The main open area is spacious with plenty of seating for all our guests. High-speed wireless internet access available throughout the condo.

Large capacity washer and dryer available in the condo.

Resort amenities include a well equipped workout facility, three (3) pools, one of which is a heated pool, three (3) heated hot tubs, and outdoor grills.

The building and resort are located walking distance to several restaurants and to the pier. Summerwind West is a premium resort with high-speed elevators, luggage carts, and a covered entrance.

TOILETRIES and SUPPLIES PROVIDED:
Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, bar soap, laundry detergent, dishwasher pods, dish soap, razors, facial wipes, toilet paper, paper towels, Dish towels, bath/hand towels, wash cloths and beach towels. In addition, a blow dryer in each bathroom.

Groceries and other needs are just a few miles away over the Santa Rosa Sound bridge, with Publix, Walmart, Ace Hardware, Pharmacies and Medical only 5 miles away, keeping Navarre a true and beautiful getaway destination.

*Exceeding maximum occupancy.
*After first warning for disruptive behavior.
*Bringing any type of pet into the home.
*Smoking in or around the home.
*Violating any of the house rules as defined in the rental agreement.

Cancellation Policy: 100% (minus $100.00 fee) refund up to 60 days before arrival, 50% (minus $100.00 fee) refund up to 30 days before arrival.

***ANY CANCELLATIONS WILL RESULT IN A $100.00 FEE. NO EXCEPTIONS.***

Date/stay changes cannot be altered after the booking has been made.

DAMAGE DEPOSIT NOTICE: Please be aware 1 day prior to your check out date, your credit card will post a pending/hold damage deposit of $800.
If no damage is present after departure, the hold will be lifted 5-7 business days after check out.
If damage is present, your credit card hold will be charged accordingly.
