THE REUNION HOUSE at Seaside Beach:  Ocean Front on the Prom is notably one of the most noticeable historic houses on the Promenade and lovingly named “The Reunion House”. This 3500 sq ft home accommodates a maximum of 15 people. Built by one of the original foresters/landowners in this area as a personal residence this home displays carpentry and architecture that is almost un-replicable. The home did undergo a remodel in recent years however none of the original charm was removed. You will not forget a vacation at this property as every bedroom offers views of either the mountains or ocean. With the water and downtown entertainment at your fingertips the Reunion house awaits your next vacation.

Summer 2026: This home has a 7 night minimum starting on Fridays each week. Bookings made on any other day of the week will be subject to cancellation unless guest can adjust the stay to Friday to Friday. We do not take reservations for less than 2 nights at this time.


If you have not researched us to know who we are: Seaside Vacation Homes is a small, family owned business operating in Seaside for over 30 years, and the oldest vacation home property management company in our area. Seaside Vacation Homes has fifty of the cleanest and most highly maintained homes within a diversity of price points in our collection. If you have any special needs or requests please let our staff know, as everyone in our office views the guests we serve as extended family and wants to make sure this trip ends up being all it can be! Surfing/body boarding offers a great chance to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with hiking nearby.

Beautiful Home Suited for Large Groups

This home is perfect for a getaway with a large group of people. Besides being a beautiful historic home, it was clean and well stocked. The host was very thorough and quick with communication. I will be renting this home again for future visits!

This is an older home. Given that, everything was in decent shape. We had trouble entering the home when we arrived. The access code worked, but the door latch was stuck so we couldn't open it. We called the property management office and they quickly had somebody come and open a different door with a key. As I mentioned, the home is older, but has newer carpet and appliances, which was nice. Everthing was in working order (except maybe the front/side door).We had a great vacation, playing many games in the large living room, and shared several meals at the large dining room table.It wasn't super convenient to have the game room in a separate building, but it was fine. The location is great, and we enjoyed Seaside!

Very clean house

House is perfect for larger groups. The advertisement does not show the game room which is a plus. Plenty of towels bedding and dishes for large groups. Really liked the features of the house. Lots of old history. Love how you can walk anywhere and don’t have to drive. Thank you again.

Our family cannot wait to go back to this charming house perfectly situated on Seaside Beach! The layout of the home provided a perfect balance for our large group to have quality family time together while affording individual space for quiet and relaxation. Beautiful old home on the beach is hard to beat but slept fewer than expected

This is an ideal home for young families and their kids. Plenty of nice beds and baths, large eating and lounging areas, even a separate building for pool and ping pong. When calculating bed space, be aware that we were told by a person with a perfectly straight face that the several king size beds were counted as each sleeping three, thus the larger than realistic "sleeps" number. Seriously? Our group was older and the many staircases starting at ground level outside and extending four floors were a workout. This was an error on our part. We are in our late 70s and one guest was 97. Regardless, the house is spectacular for a large group.

Great Mansion Right on the boardwalk in Seaside

We rented this house for a quick getaway. The house is a big historic feeling home which we love because it feels like a beach house but doesn’t have that old smell. We have stayed with this company for at least 5 years and have rented I think four other locations mostly on the south side of town. This home has a great loft for the kids big kitchen and a dining room table we could all sit around, which was important for us because we lover to trade off who gets to cook and we create a little competition with that. So if you need some firsthand feedback we can verify what you see online is in real life what you get and it was really clean. Also this time we meet the owner of Seaside Vacation Homes Mark who responded personally when locked ourselves out. He seemed like he really cared about making sure we were happy with the cleaning and maintenance of the home which we were and we told him they have nicest homes and very clean. We have been renting homes in Seaside for over ten years and they do have the best homes and they are not that much more money and sometimes less than others when we check. Ok hope that helps!

We stayed there durring our confrence and had a blast. Everyone had their own rooms and most had a view. Pleanty of towels and what nots. Only recomendation is to allow more people! Would stay here again

It doesn't get better than this

Basically we didn't have a budget but needed a big house. After talking with the office folks they gave us a couple options of which this was the most expensive for our size of group but Man o Man was it worth it. We were right there on the beach, right by all the resturaunts and the house was totally set up for our group. The thing that always makes me mad is being crammed into a place that should be sold for half as many people / but not Reunion house! We had way more space then we needed! The office people seemed paranoid we would have too many people but we didn't and everything was great. I highly suggest staying here if you go to the beach! Hope this helps.
