Enjoy private access to a beautiful stretch of beach and an unobstructed view of the gulf. On-site amenities include a gulf-side pool, a seasonally heated pool, a gulf-side hot tub, a workout room, and covered parking. The best of Panama City Beach is a scooter or bike ride away. You'll be just over two miles from Pier Park's shops, restaurants, movie theater, amusement park, and more. The complex is also less than two miles from Frank Brown Park and not far from Northwest Florida Regional Airport.

This is a BEAUTIFUL place

By far, one of the nicest places we've stayed. There were numerous plates, bowls, utensils, etc., to make eating in much easier instead of having to wash dishes after every meal. If you're wanting a wonderful place to spend your vacation, I'd encourage you to check out Tropic Winds 1808. Truly a beautiful space.

Loved the condo and the amenities! Elevators were fast and we appreciated the luggage carts located inside the parking deck! Indoor/outdoor pool was lovely as well as the hot tub. Beach chairs are NOT included and are a bit costly, but worth it. Parking for this unit is across the street from the condominium.

Breathtaking Views! Great Stay.

Communication was excellent. Whenever we reached out, someone always returned our call promptly. Elevator wait times were minimal, which made getting around easy. The grounds were beautifully maintained and clean. The unit itself was gorgeous, very well equipped, and the balcony was an impressive size with absolutely breathtaking views. Everything inside was spotless and comfortable. The master bed was very firm, almost too hard to get comfortable but the view made up for it. The trundle bed was a little run down, it was difficult to pull out. Parking was located across the street. Having to pay for a second parking pass felt a little unreasonable after covering the cost of the stay and fees. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we truly enjoyed our time here.

Beautiful and Family Perfect

Best experience!!! Beautiful room with beautiful beach views. My family loved the easy beach access and the indoor/outdoor pool was perfect for us. Check in and check out was so easy. Highly recommend and looking forward to coming back soon.

Nice condo, terrible customer care

Pros- beautiful balcony view, nicely decorated, convenient location, quiet, safe Cons- Broken door and chair, roaches in bathroom and poor customer communication. Overall- not worth the money we were charged!

Beware if at Topic Winds location…

Condo was nice, however Vacasa service as a property manager was not!!! Yes they have a text service, but do they answer, no they don’t! Was there issues to be resolved, yes, did they answer, no. Also, they said call if any issue, just sat on hold to repeatedly be told a representative would be with me shortly, 35 minutes later just hung up. Was provided with 2 parking passes, only had one vehicle, and it said to report any vehicles if issues came about- well from the moment we arrived until we left there was an F150 in one of our spots reserved; however, with that said, we couldn’t utilize the two spaces and we rented a golf cart. Couldn’t bring our vehicle back to park on premises being other spot was taken right…(didn’t want vehicle towed for not being in a spot with a pass) WITH THAT SAID, we put other pass on golf cart and was only at condo for a little while before it got towed, and I had to pay $190 to get it out of tow lot. They have a contract with towing company across the beach, oh and they charge mileage after so many miles as well… No contact from property management when number was on file, the people that are actually on the property didn’t call either just towed it versus hearing why it was there to begin with. Worst experience involving a rental company EVER!!! Hot water in master shower was broke from day one, turn handle and water would get “warmer” but not warm enough to shower in at all just made a clicking noise as you turned it. Reported that as well, with no response, and I’m willing to bet in near future I’ll be charged for it being no one answered my call or text over that situation too. Best of luck to future Vacasa users on this premises!!!! The number provided on premises went to people that didn’t even manage the unit we were in. 🤷‍♂️
