Great time at Breezy Bayside Cottage

House was very clean, close to beach and restaurants. Management was so helpful and quick to respond to any questions we had. Truly had a wonderful and great time on our trip. We look forward to stay here again!

Very cute and very clean remodeled cottage, half way between Mission Bay and the Pacific. 3 minute walk to each. Slightly quirky and tight passing thru from the bedroom, thru the bathroom, into the living room. We loved it and would stay there again. NXT could be the most responsive management company we’ve ever worked with. All “rock stars”!

Cutest Cottage on Mission Bay

House has been completely remodeled and is very clean! Close proximity to restaurants, management was impeccable with timely check ins and responses - will definitely be staying again in the future!

We booked last minute and are happy we chose this place! Everything was just as stated in the listing. The property has recently been renovated and looks spectacular! Very clean and everything is provided. When we arrrived, the lights were on, the AC was set and everything was ready for our stay. Great location near beach/bay side/food/convenient store! Walking distance to everything! If I had to give one tidbit of advice on staying here, I would say it is definitiely more accomodating for 2 people. We had 3 people and the single bathroom was a bit tight to cycle all 3 of us through it. However, minor detail and did not cause any issues. We were very happy and applaud the owners/management for the recent remodel. You will not be disappointed! We will definitely stay here again!
