Family-friendly house w/ wrap around porch in Cliff, walk to beaches & town!

Charming three bedroom house ideally located in the family-friendly Cliff neighborhood, a short distance to Steps Beach, Something Natural Bakery, the Lily Pond, and Town. Enjoy your morning coffee on the wrap-around porch and dinner on the screened porch overlooking the secluded backyard.

Our 3 bedroom home has a generous yard enclosed with hedges for privacy. The house is in the Cliff neighborhood and has ample parking in the shell-lined driveway. Tucked away on a quiet side street you can enjoy the incredibly convenient location to all Nantucket has to offer while still having the relaxed enjoyment of a private home. Paved bike paths are available at the end of the street and can take you into town or allow you to explore the island by bike. Stroll through the winding side roads or hop on the public bus transportation at the end of the road to access all the island has to offer!

The indoor space is fully outfit for your family's enjoyment. The house has plenty of space to enjoy the company of your guests in the common areas, while still offering you private space in one of 3 bedrooms upstairs; each with their own closet and dresser. The kitchen is fully outfit with various appliances and utensils/dishes to enjoy eating both indoors and out on the porches. The house is fully stocked with linens including sheets and bath towels. Beach towels and 6 beach chairs are also provided for your convenience. A full-sized washer and dryer are available for your use.

Outdoor space has numerous seating areas including tables to dine alfresco as well as comfortable chairs & sofas to lounge outdoors on the wrap-around porch. The rear section of the porch is fully screened in. There is an enclosed outdoor shower ready to rinse the sand off from a day at the beach. The kids will enjoy playing in the professionally landscaped yard surrounded by hedges and 2 gates.

The house is centrally located in the Cliff neighborhood of Nantucket Island. The following distances provide a rough walking distance to many of our nearby favorites:

The house is conveniently located to town including restaurants, shops, and the ferries, that a car isn't necessary to enjoy all the island has to offer. A quick 2 minute walk will get you to the Wave bus stop that is free to ride for the summer of 2024! If you want to explore the island by car, rental companies are close by and there is ample space in the driveway for the car and bikes.
