About the host
Your host
Hello & Welcome from your hosts, Susan & Keith Saari. We have lived in Tualatin, OR since 1998 working and raising our family. Keith loves to build and remodel our home, and after our children grew up and moved on, he & I came up with the idea of making parts of our home a ShortTerm Rental. We started with Elk Place in 2016 which is a smaller BnB inside our home. In 2019, Keith built an Attached Dwelling Unit onto our house and that is the BnB we call Bear Lodge. We truly enjoy hosting and look forward to maybe meeting you in the future!
Why they chose this property
We live in a lovely neighborhood - great for walking, running, biking, parks close by to play tennis, pickleball, soccer, etc. It is a quiet, established neighborhood with friendly neighbors and lots of squirrels, birds, raccoons, and even an occasional skunk!
What makes this property unique
Bear Lodge is a comfy, cozy cabin retreat. The couch and the bed get great reviews, it is a quiet place to spend your time, and the private patio is a very serene and peaceful place to have your morning coffee, read a book, just enjoy the beautiful outdoors.
