Tropical Gateway on 20th is a 4 bedroom/2 bathroom pool home that accommodates 8 guests. This home says "Florida Vacation" as soon as you walk in. Bright cheerful decor and colors are throughout the property. Enjoy the split floor plan along with a well-equipped kitchen for the day you just want to stay in. Comfort throughout the home and a backyard that is designed for fun in the sun! Open the sliders to your "Knock your Flip Flops off" backyard! Heated pool with a brick paver deck, tropical landscaping, and a privacy fence. You can enjoy lounging poolside, grilling, and dining outdoors. The shed in the yard holds all your pool toys and beach equipment so you can load your wagon with the beach necessities and head to Indian Rocks Beach which is just a few short blocks. Tropical Gateway home is a spot for making memories and we hope you make it your return destination as often as you can.
**Attention: September 10th, 2025, Pinellas County began an important beach nourishment project. The project is scheduled out per each City and they have listed open and closed beach access points while they work on the project. For open accesses, please visit: Pinellas.gov/projects/2025-pinellas-county-beach-nourishment-project/

Please understand that this schedule is out of our control and that noise can be expected while work is ongoing. We deeply apologize for any inconvenience this causes, and we appreciate your understanding as the county helps to improve our beaches after the 2024 hurricanes.**
Kitchen: Stainless steel appliances, ice/water refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, stove/oven, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, blender, and large island w/ 2 barstools. Basic dishes and utensils are provided. Basic spices, cooking oil, and coffee filters and/or pods are not always available.
Dining Area: Table with 6 chairs, sliding doors to the outdoor pool area.
Living Room: Sectional sofa, coffee table, end table, TV w/ console table, and 2 chairs.
Bedroom #1: The master has a King-size bed, 2 nightstands, a ceiling fan, a TV, a dresser, a chair, and an en-suite bathroom.
Bathroom #1 (En-suite): Single vanity and step-in shower. No tub.
Bedroom #2: Queen bed, nightstand, dresser, ceiling fan, TV
Bathroom #2: Full bathroom with single vanity sink and shower/tub combo.
Bedroom #3: 2 twin beds, bookshelf, nightstand, chair, and ceiling fan.
Bedroom #4: Queen bed, 2 nightstands, dresser, and ceiling fan.
Laundry: Off of the master bedroom with washer and dryer, folding station, iron, and ironing board.
Outdoors: Heated pool, dining table w/ 4 chairs & umbrella, and another dining table w/ 6 chairs & umbrella. 4 sun loungers, 2 small tables, and grill.
Beach Shed: 6 folding beach chairs, a beach umbrella, a cooler, a folding beach wagon, and a beach cart!

Important Information
House Rules:
1. No smoking/vaping in the unit. No illegal substances on the premises. Violation of this policy will result in a smoke remediation fee ranging from $200-$500 depending on the severity.
2. No parties or events
3. No pets. Please notify management of any service animals.
4. You are vacationing in a residential area, please be mindful of noise during all hours. Quiet hours start at 10pm and you must adhere to local noise ordinance.
5. Rinse off and return all beach equipment at the end of each day. Do not leave equipment out overnight.
Renting Requirement Policy: The guest booking the reservation must occupy the unit for the duration of the stay and is required to be 25 years of age minimum. Adults may not rent a unit for anyone under the age of 25, they must be actively present at the rental unit.
Maximum Guest Occupancy Policy: Adherence to occupancy policies and limits is strictly enforced. The guest count may not exceed the maximum guest occupancy at any point in time, including any pre-approved day guests. These policies are in place for your safety and the protection of the vacation home and the vacation rental industry. Violation of these policies may result in immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all monies paid. Please contact management to request pre-approval for any day guests. Additional guests that will exceed the maximum occupancy will automatically be denied.
Pool Heating: When the pool heater is turned on, the temperature is typically set to 85 degrees unless otherwise stated in the listing. Please understand that when outside temperatures reach 60 degrees or lower a pool heater cannot always heat the pool to temperature.
Toiletries: Guests should bring their own toiletries, dishwasher pods, and laundry pods. Each unit will have two rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom, soap for every sink, a trash bag, and at least one roll of paper towels in the kitchen. 2 dishwasher pods and 2 laundry pods are also provided if applicable to the rental. We provide one set of bath towels per guest. For guest convenience, we also provide beach towels. All linens are provided.
Parking: This property allows 4 parking spots in the driveway. Grass and street parking are not permitted

Situated in the very center of town, to all the greatest restaurants, pubs, and parks, not to mention the Trolley stops along the way for busting out and exploring the whole coast. Within walking distance, you will find some of the best area restaurants and ice cream shops. As well as beachwear shopping locations.
The surrounding local area has some great day trips: Florida Botanical Gardens in Largo featuring holiday lights late Nov-Jan,1st, John's Pass Village and Boardwalk, Tampa Lowry Zoo, Florida Aquarium, Clearwater Aquarium, Sunken Gardens, Dinosaur World, Ellenton Outlet Malls, Children's Museums, enjoy a Tampa Bay Ray's game at Tropicana Field, a Buccaneers Football game in Tampa, or check out some of the pro baseball teams during their local Spring Training, also Disney World and downtown Disney are just two hours away.
