5 Bedrooms & 3 full baths. House is newly renovated! Located 0.5 mile to the village of Southampton and 1.5 miles to Halsey Neck Beach on Meadow Ln, great for shopping and the beach. House is on a flag lot down a private driveway in a quite, residential neighborhood with no thru-traffic, which makes for a very private and peaceful experience. Property is approx 0.76 acres and has a pool and two large side yards. Property is approx 2 miles from Shinnecock Golf Club - Site of the 2018 US Open. Heated pool open from May 15 through September 30. Outdoor furniture available from April 1 through October 31.
