Log cabin style home 3 miles from downtown Austin

Our home is custom made to feel like you’re in the mountains while living in the city. We’re located 3 miles from downtown, 3 miles from Barton Springs, 2 miles from the music venues, restaurants and shops of South Congress Ave.

Less than a half mile away from a distinguished coffee shop, a newly opened southern Mexico seafood restaurant, and a cross fit gym.

We have a home outdoor gym, ping pong table, a small sports field with basketball court, all on a half acre covered in oak tree shade.

Take the bikes, or if you’d like to add a vehicle (scion IQ 2013) for an extra cost let us know.

We have an extra guest house in the back if you’d require more space for an extra cost as well.

Very friendly neighborhood. There’s a community pool and city park less than a mile away.
