The Space:
Clearwater boasts clean lines and a modern design. You'll enjoy all the amenities of 2 bedroom/1.75 bath condo that is a staggering 1120sq ft! The open master bedroom has a king bed, an attached en suite. The second bedroom has two double beds and access to a half bathroom. In the living room there is a queen sofa sleeper, and access to the balcony/patio where you can enjoy the sights with your guests. This condo can accommodate up to 8 guests!  A full kitchen and a dining room, allows you the option to prepare your own meals and enjoy the convenience of dining in. It also includes a washer and dryer in-unit. With all the necessary amenities, and so much fun to have in the sun, you're sure to make memories to last a lifetime!

Choose from covered valet or self parking.

The resort can accommodate one vehicle per reservation in the parking garage for self-parking. Vehicles must be shorter than 7’2”. Vehicles that exceed the maximum garage height must park off-site at the owners’ expense.

Owners receive one complimentary parking space (self-parking). Any additional owner or guest vehicles can self-park for $20 per night. Parking spaces are limited, and overages will have to use valet parking for $35 per night (plus tax).

Service animals that are trained to work or perform tasks for the benefit of an individual with a disability are welcome at all Club Wyndham Managed locations and Not Managed locations. All other animals, trained or untrained, whose sole function is to provide emotional support, therapy, comfort, or companionship do not qualify as service animals and are not permitted at Club Wyndham Managed or Not Managed locations.
This is a time-share resort. You will be a guest of the owner. You might be offered a gift for listening to the Wyndham timeshare presentation. This is NOT obligatory.
Photos and descriptions are accurate but might not match your exact room. Similar to a hotel, condos are assigned at check-in. Upon arrival, you may request a specific building, floor, or view, and the resort staff will do their best to accommodate based on availability
You may request as many keys as there are people staying in the condo. Keys are key cards and bracelets.
If you need to change the name on the reservation for any reason, or modify the date range, or cancel after 24 hours, the resort charges a $99 modification fee.
