Casa de playa encantadora! Esta fantástica casa de 4 habitaciones se encuentra a pocas cuadras de la playa, del encantador centro de Oceanside y de la maravillosa estación de trenes. Parte del encanto de Oceanside es el fabuloso sistema de trenes que puede llevarlo a todas las atracciones del sur de California en un instante. Disfrute de la brisa fresca del océano desde el patio en la azotea, la playa, explore las tiendas de Oceanside o diríjase a San Diego o al Condado de Orange. Originalmente construida en la década de 1920, esta hermosa casa a solo 4 cuadras de la playa, cuenta con pisos de madera originales, ventanas y artesanías y paneles construidos. Las paredes son de yeso grueso que hace que las habitaciones sean prácticamente insonorizadas. La cocina y el baño son remodelados y modernos, pero conservan el estilo artesano de la casa. Esta casa de 4 dormitorios y 2 baños tiene más de 2400 pies cuadrados y con armarios enormes, tiene un montón de espacio para las vacaciones en la playa de su familia.

¡Disfruta de mucho espacio al aire libre además! Hay un gran porche delantero para disfrutar del vecindario tranquilo, así como un patio trasero y un patio adicional en la azotea para disfrutar de la puesta de sol sobre el océano y la brisa fresca del océano cuando usted hace una barbacoa y come afuera.

Ambos baños son bastante grandes con bañeras y duchas. El maestro ha separado bañera de hidromasaje / ducha.

¡Dos de las habitaciones son muy grandes con mucho espacio para algunos extras!

La cocina cuenta con electrodomésticos nuevos de acero inoxidable, cocina / horno a gas de gran tamaño, máquina de hielo, refrigerador, congelador.

Hay una ducha privada al aire libre en la parte de atrás para quitarte toda esa arena extra y ¡para que los niños sean manejados para siempre!

¡Todas las toallas de playa, juguetes, sillas, sombrillas, carretas, tablas de surf que necesitas! ¡Mantenga su auto abierto y solo use todos los nuestros!
2 bicicletas de playa y remolque para niños también están ahí para su uso.

Tyson Park es un lugar maravilloso para que jueguen los niños SI se aburren en la arena. La playa es hermosa con gran surf para el surfista en la familia.

This has to be one of the best houses that I’ve stayed in during a vacation! It was perfect for our large family and met all of our needs. It was close to the beach, but not close enough where it was loud and busy right outside the doors. I loved that it was walking distance to so many great restaurants and shops. I am definitely staying here again!

Good location, open floor plan, upgraded interior, spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. loaded kitchen, multiple patios and deck to enjoy the oceanside weather. Our only issue was couple of ceiling fans was not operative withe remote, but as the ac kicked in, we didn’t feel the need and it was one of hot days. Host was responsive. We felt like staying longer and would surely come back.

Wonderful Family Vacation Property

This home is just as represented, it comfortably sleeps 12, the kitchen is wonderfully stocked, street parking was not a problem. We gathered four families and grandchildren for LEGOLAND, beach, and family time. The upstairs patio table was great for dining, we hope to return next year.

Sandy, Legoland is one of my Grand kids must see stops at least once a year. Between Legoland and having 2 of the the best zoos in the states only a few minutes away you can't beat a trip to Oceanside.

Fun time in Oceanside home

We really enjoyed our stay at Kathryn's house. The space is very comfortable for 6 adults and the kitchen was nicely equipped. We appreciated having room in the garage for two cars! The location is great as it is a short walk to the train station and beach area. Kathryn is a great host and was very responsive to our questions. We definitely recommend this home to fellow vacationers.

Words won’t do this justice...

My siblings and I were looking for a home to celebrate our parents 50th wedding anniversary. Having family in Oceanside we needed to find a large enough place to handle 11+ people. It needed to be both child and senior friendly, warm, spacious and well equipped. It had to be able to have a formal dinner as well as a mellow, sun decked BBQ. We saw this historic home and all it offered and knew it was the one. You will need little more than your suitcase of clothes. It’s got everything and more. It’s age brings nuance and character...we loved it. Nothing was a big deal; door handles turning an off way for example. We had a small issue with the TV and Luanne was quick to take the call and help us through it. We will be back! It’s location to the center of town was perfect but it’s being tucked into a quiet residential community made it feel so very homey. Book this if you want to feel like you just came home...

Charming Bungalow just 4 blocks from the beach

Absolutely loved this house. It is an older house with three bedrooms in the back of the house and one bedroom in the front of the house. I really loved that the master bedroom had a futon bed that allowed my sister to keep her son with her as he was not ready to share a room with his cousins. I also appreciate that there was a queen bed in the room with the bunk bed (that gave my husband and I an option to stay in the same room as my children if we felt it was needed). All the rooms felt spacious and there was plenty of natural light in the house. We stayed here for a Christmas family Vacation and enjoyed being based in this little town north of San Diego. Driving down to the San Diego Zoo and Sea World was easy and the commute was not bad at all. It was also the same distance to get to the SD Safari Park and only 10 minutes to get to LegoLand. The neighborhood was beautiful to walk around, and we loved hanging out on the deck/meditation garden above the garage. Kathryn was a great host, as she was super responsive to our requests when we needed something, even on Christmas Day. This was one of the most wonderful, memorable Christmas that I have had with my family probably in over 15 years and I was so glad that we had this house to be based out of for our trip.

Wonderful family weekend!

The beach retreat, a 1920s craftsman, is completely renovated and updated with modern amenities. Very quiet neighborhood, just a walk away from the beach and tranquil once inside. The home is very comfortable, with an understated elegance, especially the kitchens and bathrooms. Well stocked kitchen for serious cooks and patios and decks to enjoy the outdoors and the beautiful ocean breezes. Our family had a wonderful time at the beach, at the home and in and around Oceanside. Would come back again.

Unprofessional communication

The location was great, house was overall clean and nice. A couple of concerns were; Dusty furniture, dirty floors in some of the rooms, front room fan and light would turn on by itself, the gate to take the trash bin out was locked so we had to lift it over the fence, had to buy trash bags for the house as they only supplied 2, the grill was extremely greasy, and burners are low and difficult to cook on. The communication from either the property manager or owner (not sure who we were talking to) from the 702 phone number was EXTREMELY unprofessional and rude. We received a text message long after we had left accusing us of still being at the property followed by unprofessional choice of words and not a way you would speak to a customer. (They could have simply asked if we were at the property still and had a decent conversation) We had an additional charge on our card without an explanation until I reached out to ask why. The reason and information that was given to us was false and wish we would have taken pictures before we left. When I reached out regarding the extra charge, the reply was again unprofessional, immature and rude through "text" and e-mail. (They could have explained in a professional way what the additional charges are for and we would have no problem paying) I have never had an issue renting vacation rentals until now with how we were treated. Really quite unfortunate. Would recommend the home overall, but HIGHLY advise you to take plenty of pictures upon departing so false information cannot be made up along with unprofessional treatment.

I wrote a simple text to Jessie after my staff had been waiting over 1/2 hour to gain access to the property. Jessie did let me know that the original party did leave the home early that day, and believed that the whole group had departed. However, part of the group was still in the home, and my staff waited patiently outside for over 30 minutes before they even contacted me. The guests that were still in the home did not depart until after my staff did go in and explained that they had to start cleaning. The guests then called for their taxi and left. This is a brand new, fully remodeled, gorgeous home. It was in pristine condition when this guest entered. While I do not expect my guests to mop or clean toilets, I do expect them to treat any of my properties with respect, and to clean up after themselves. Wiping up spilled food, cleaning any linen --sheets or a towel --or anything --that gets blood on it --using a broom once in awhile --not smearing food or other substances on walls, or wiping a wall off if it does accidentally get something splashed on it --all of this seems like perfectly normal behavior and respectful behavior in any home to me. Over an hour of extra clean up, over what the home normally takes, was required after this guest left and that is what the extra charge was for. I did explain it simply and clearly and not in any way rudely. Unfortunately, I think any communication from the owner/ manager is deemed as rude by this guest.

The house retained its 1940's craftsman home charm, updates weren't fancy, but they were comfortable. Great experience and hostess Kathryn was excellent and easy to work with.

Ashes at Sea

My family needed a place to retreat for spreading my husbands ashes out to sea thru the nearby Capt Dave's service. the host was gracious and kind. There are lots of beach toys and accommodations for walking with wagons and chairs and boogie boards for the beach the house is wonderfully cozy and with everything needed.

Oceanside Beach House Rental

This was our second time staying in this charming rental house. We love this comfortable house and the great area where it is located. The house has large living and dining areas where we had plenty of room to visit, eat and play games with our grown children and their families. The bedrooms are comfortable with lots of sleeping space. There is nice barbecue to use on the patio and an upper patio deck that is our favorite place to hang out in the evenings. It is a short walk from the house to a great beach and there are lots of little stores and small restaurants nearby where you can shop or get a bite to eat. We appreciate the owners who are quick to respond if needed and are very helpful. This rental house will continue to be on the top of our list of places to go for our family vacation!

This home and the entire experience was excellent. Great places to eat close by. Love the room lay out. Bunk beds were perfect for my 3 kids. Master bedroom has a tub you and your kids can swim in lol. Love the wood floors. Awesome bikes that come with rental. Wagons and all the beach toys were perfect! loaded them in the van and hit the beach very easy. Overall give this property a 5 star for location, cleanliness, and very comfy beds! Thank you Kathryn!

The front porch, the back patio, and especially the brand new roof top patio just add to the delight of this centrally located home. Easy access to the beach, as well as to all of downtown Oceanside. You will not have to bring anything! At our home, all of the beach accessories you need, as well as beach cruisers, boogie boards, and a couple surf boards are all provided.
