The home offers a quiet retreat to unwind and recharge with a great open layout where the kitchen, living room, and dining area seamlessly blend together. When you are ready to call it a night, the home features 2 spacious bedrooms. The first bedroom on the main floor has a twin-over-queen bunk bed, and the second bedroom is a loft space on the upper floor, great for sharing, with two queen beds and an en-suite bath. Both bedrooms include ample storage space with dressers and closets. A full bathroom on the main floor features a separate room with a toilet and bathtub/shower combo for added privacy. Guests will have access to the entire home and the on-site shared amenities, including an indoor hot tub, heated outdoor pool, ski lockers, and coin-operated laundry facilities. Parking for 2 vehicles is also provided with required parking passes.

The Neighborhood:
This condo offers an amazing location in the heart of Keystone with incredible access to the ski slopes at Keystone Ski Resort. With a free shuttle just a few minutes to the lift, you can be on the River Run Gondola, ready to take you to the top of Dercum Mountain, or jump onto the Peru Express and Argentine Lifts, putting you minutes away from being out on the slopes. After a day on the mountain, enjoy exploring the various lodges, entertainment options, restaurants, cafes, and breweries in the area. In the summer months, take a stroll along the Snake River, go hiking at the Keystone Gulch Trail, or enjoy a round of golf at the Keystone Ranch Golf Course. Be sure to spend a day exploring the neighboring communities of Dillon and Silverthorne, which are less than 15 minutes away. Dillon Reservoir, home to the Dillon Amphitheater and Dillon Marina, makes for a scenic outing, or you can hit the shops at the Outlets at Silverthorne. A day trip to the historic mining town and ski hub of Breckenridge is also less than 30 minutes away and is a must-visit with its historic Main Street full of charming breweries, galleries, cafes, and shops.

Getting Around:
From this home, you can drive to just about anywhere in Keystone in under 10 minutes. During the winter months, make the 7-minute drive to Keystone Ski Resort for excellent skiing, and in the summer, hit the hiking trails at Keystone Gulch Trailhead, located a 5-minute walk from the home. You are also within a 30-minute drive or less from the slopes at Breckenridge, Copper Mountain, Loveland, or Arapahoe Basin.

Explore many of the other charming mountain towns in this area as well. Dillon is an 11-minute drive away, Silverthorne is 14 minutes, and Breckenridge is under 30 minutes. For those looking to utilize the excellent public transportation options, the nearest bus stop is 1 mile away. Hop on this FREE bus at the Sunrise stop and be connected with the entire Summit Stage Free Bus system, making it easy to explore this one-of-a-kind mountain oasis.

Other Things to Note:
Please note that like most homes in the area, this home does not have A/C. Please also be aware that there are 25 steps to the entrance of the home and the upper floors can only be accessed by stairs.

Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates.

4-wheel drive or 2-wheel drive tires with snow chains may be necessary for safe travel to this property, even if it hasn’t snowed in a few days.

Please be advised that roof construction will be taking place from August 5th to August 28th. Additionally, please note that the pool building will be closed in late October. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation during these times.
