Rocky Mountain Getaway! Luxury home close to the ski lifts!

The mountains are calling! This luxury home is the perfect home base for your Colorado mountain adventure. The home features 3 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms (all bathrooms are en suite). The home has a pull out couch in the main living room if extra sleeping arrangements are needed. The two separate living areas (main level and lower level) provides for plenty of space for your group. Brand new 65" smart TVs in both living spaces. There is a fully stocked kitchen to make wonderful meals, including griddle, crock pot, blender, and wine fridge. The home has a washer and dryer. The lower level has a hang out area, with a wet bar and full bath. The home is walkable to trails, the Wedding Garden venue, and a park with tennis & pickleball courts. Be sure to utilize a free ride service with the First Tracks app that will pick you up at the home and take you around the mountain, including to the base for skiing. The house has parking available for 4 vehicles. There is a ping pong table in the garage for your use (in the summer) and pickleball paddles and balls are provided as the courts are walkable from the house. Refer to the Mt. Excellent property

The house had an abundance of space for our family of 6 and ample amenities. It was located close enough to the ski area to make for quick access, but was far enough from the crowds to afford privacy and quiet. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful home and great stay

We loved our stay at this beautiful and spacious home. This place was perfect for our group of 6 adults and 3 young kids. Well stocked kitchen, tasteful decor, and gorgeous views. The communication with the host was very smooth and quick. I highly recommend this place!
