You'll find everything you need for a phenomenal stay, including washer/dryer, dishwasher, Tesla PowerWall (back-up power), hair dryer, AC, heating, and a modern, fully equipped and beautiful kitchen. Wonderful Place!

We really enjoyed the bungalow! The place is super clean, beds comfortable and everything you might need. We really enjoyed the front porch. Location is great. Lots of restaurants andnnreweries nearby. We will ne back.

I've been in FL most of my adult life. I'm a very proud mom of two adult kids. I've always been an avid traveler and I've been just about everywhere in the world. I use short term rentals the past 6yrs and find them so much nicer than a cold/stark hotel room, especially when traveling with a group. This is what sparked my idea to rent my bungalow, so people can enjoy it as much as I did while I lived there.

Why they chose this property

The neighborhood is super friendly and one of the trendiest in Tampa. The bungalow is within walking distance (1/2 block) to so many great places: restaurants, bars, and a permanent and beloved coffee truck with shaded seating. We're very close to all the must-do's of the Tampa Bay Area. Only 30mins to some of the most beautiful beaches in the USA.

What makes this property unique

My bungalow is amazing!I It won nicest in the neighborhood several years ago (II was SO happy).. The inside is renovated without losing the cozy bungalow feel. Anyone that ever visited me said the house makes them feel comfy and cozy. In the living room, we have the original pine flooring. I (with help) put a lot of time and work into preparing the house for a rental space.
