Immaculate property. Hacienda Encantada is maintained at a very high level. We had an end, first floor unit. Pelican Bay was right there, and we saw whales several times, and a hawk landed on top of a large cactus right in front of the patio and stayed about ten minutes. Bedding is outstanding; mattress and pillows are top notch. Issue with transport to airport for departure; concierge failed to fill out slip we needed when first presented with receipt purchased through their website. Was taken care of promptly when I realized what we needed. Condition of van to airport very poor as several seatbelts were broken or didn’t work. Do Not accept Welcome Package, we learned this last year as it is their entry into torturing you to buy a time share, NOT worth it, just say no!

My husband and two kids stayed there for a week for spring break and it was great! We were there with another family in a villa a few doors down and that arrangement worked very well. The space with clean and inviting and all for the staff at Hacienda Encantada was very friendly. We felt very safe during our stay and would recommend!

Wonderful Property with superb services

We spent our annual December vacation at this property. Our host was incredibly responsive and very easy to work with. The property was lovely. Clean, spacious, well appointed and well stocked. Nothing was too much for our concierge or cleaning staff who came every day and left the property and pool spotless. We made good use of the pool and the BBQ. Their attention to detail is always well received. The property has great amenities and I would highly recommend a trip to the spa! There are plenty of dining options as well as a very well stocked store for emergency items. I would highly recommend a stay here and we would love to take another trip in the near future.

Wonderful vacation

We had such a great experience from booking vacation with owners to staying at this beautiful resort. Owners went out of way to make our vacation perfect. This resort will meet your expectations and higher. The staff, food , drinks were exceptional. You have option to do all inclusive or not. I highly recommend you do all inclusive. Food is amazing and drinks are not typical all inclusive disappointment they are top notch! Thank you Michelle and Michael you made our vacation so relaxing and smooth from the beginning to end.

Greatest Family vacation

Our first trip to Cabo and our recent stay at The Residence at Hacienda Encantada was beyond wonderful. This four bedroom, one story villa was perfect for our family and well spaced out. Each morning we woke up to a beautiful sunrise and got to watch whales while we sipped our coffee from the back porch- needless to say the view was amazing. The staff is wonderful and super helpful. Our butler helped with all of our daily needs and booked all of our excursions and private dinners for us. While we mostly hung out at the house because we had everything we needed, the resort pool and restaurants were great as well. Our family enjoyed playing pickleball daily at the courts and the women loved their day at the spa onsite. I highly recommend doing a private chef and / or a tequila tasting. So fun doing a private tequila tasting from your own swim up bar! The resort is at a great location- 15 minutes from the Marina and 30 minutes from the popular Flora Farms and Acre. There is also a Costco, Walmart and local grocery store within minutes from the resort. Please note, the pictures shown are not from this villa. This villa is more updated than the pictures reflect and the backyard pool and layout is different. It was better than the pictures showed!! We can't wait to come back!

Great view with very good friendly service associated with Hotel portion. Joshua was great. Be prepared for the time share pressure pitch when checking in but in general, this was a great experience in a super convenient location

Amazing stay!!

My family and I had an amazing stay at Hacienda Encantada. We started the accommodation search late for a winter break trip, and knew we wanted to stay in the Punta Ballena area as we stayed at Esperanza a few years before. We were delighted to find this amazing, well priced place right next door to the Esperanza resort. To be honest, overall we enjoyed our experience at Hacienda Encantada over that the prior trip - partly due to it being our second time in Cabo, but also we just found Hacienda Encantada much more laid back, relaxing and affordable. The Baratta's are amazing to work with from beginning to end. The communication was top notch with multiple check ins before,d during and after our stay. The place is exactly as outlined and is perfect for a family of 6. The backyard pool area was very spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed a day or 2 going nowhere enjoying the quieter, chill scene at the villa, and then enjoyed many other days at the various pools.
