Located in the Cove at Sandy Pointe, this condo features two bedrooms and two full baths. This condo is in the heart of Holmes Beach, very close to the beach and just steps away from the free island trolley.

The screened-in lanai overlooking the pool and natural mangrove preserve is the perfect spot for morning coffee or evening cocktails. With a king master bedroom and an additional guest room with 2 full-size beds there is plenty of room for the family. This condo also features an indoor or outdoor dining table for 4 as well as a cute breakfast bar.

The community has a large heated pool for guests only. The covered parking space has room for two cars and there is additional parking for guests. Beach chairs and an umbrella are available as well as beach and pool towels. This condo participates in our professional linen program so you can rest well.

Take advantage of our flexible check in and check out days! No need to plan around Saturdays

PLEASE NOTE: The Sandy Pointe condo complex does not allow charging of electric vehicles including Teslas, Golf Carts, etc. If you wish to rent a golf cart it must be gas powered.

Housekeeping will provide a starter supply of toilet paper, soap, and garbage bags but guests will likely need to replenish the supply during their stay. Our cleaning fee includes a professional linen service. When you stay with us you can rest assured that you will have high quality linens such as those at a fine hotel. We also provide plenty of bath and beach towels.

Very nice 2BR/2BA condo near Holmes Beach!

The condo was very clean, comfortable and well stocked. The pool was wonderful! The free trolley that runs all over Anna Maria Island is within walking distance.
