Amazing and spacious house

We had an amazing time staying at this beautiful home in Encinitas. The location was perfect — just minutes from the beach, great coffee shops, and local restaurants. The house itself was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay.We especially loved the outdoor space — perfect for morning coffee or relaxing in the evenings. The host was incredibly responsive and made check-in a breeze.Whether you’re looking for a beach getaway or just a peaceful escape, this place is a gem. We’d definitely stay here again!

Beautiful home in a great location

The home was perfectly laid out and tastefully decorated with all of the amenities one would expect in their own home. Very comfortable inside and out with a great park a short walk away (great for kids). Located close to the beach and great restaurants. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to others looking for a great place to stay.

Cathy was a great communicator - which is always nice to find. The house is completely stocked - so many pots and pans and kitchen utensils, extra sheets, towels - more than you could possibly ever use. Great location and easy stay!!!!

Hospitality at Its Finest

We had a wonderful time, relaxing in the beautifully landscaped yard and cooking together in the gourmet kitchen! Perfect location, with lots of recommendations for nearby restaurants. Our college girlfriend reunion was enhanced by staying here. Would totally return to this gorgeous home.

We absolutely love this property! It is spacious, cozy, and has all the amenities of home. It has everything you need to go to the beach, to have adventures around San Diego, or spend time hanging out at home with your family and friends. Home away from home!

We had a wonderful time in this lovely and spacious home. It was ideal for 5 adults and 3 toddlers. Well appointed, park nearby, our grandsons loved to walk and see the train, enjoyed the patio for evening meals. It was clean and Cathy was very responsive and accommodating. We’d love to stay here again.

Beautiful home, spacious yet cozy

Wonderful family reunion! The park nearby was perfect for our 2 year old granddaughter. The restaurants in the neighborhood were great but we had even more fun making meals at the house in the large kitchen and outside grill! Would definitely consider returning for another visit!

Leucadia Family Vacation

Beautiful and spacious home was perfect for a week's vacation with our daughter's family, including 5 and 8.5 year-old grandsons. Located down the street from a neighborhood park and a short drive from Moonlight Beach. Backyard gazebo was great setting for outdoor dining and board games. Easy access to San Diego area attractions.

Perfect House for Large Group

Perfect size house for a large group of people. The neighborhood is very quiet, but close to a lot of restaurants and stores. The house is stocked with almost everything you might need, including bikes and beach gear. The bedrooms allow for a lot of privacy which is great when you have a large group. The house is in great condition as well.

Gorgeous House!

Our favorite VRBO rental so far! Cathy was an amazing host and was always very helpful. The kitchen was incredible and the house was stocked with everything you could possibly need. We spent a lot of time relaxing in the backyard. The house was very clean and tidy. Definitely want to stay here again and would highly recommend to others.

Most organized and well stocked property we have been in. Owner provides all the things you will need for beach activities. Yard is beautiful and patio seating abundant. Fun cafe lights and blinking lights for night time atmosphere. Plenty of room for 6 adults. Owner checked in with us to make sure we were happy. Would definitely rent this property again.

The quiet neighborhood is a hidden gem, and being so close to the beach makes it even more special. It's not easy to find a location like this in the area!
