Nice location. Good host. The extra fees are kind of high. Need more towels in bathrooms.

This home was the perfect place to stay for our Estes Park vacation.. We enjoyed mornings with coffee, a view of the Fall River and visiting elk. It was perfectly located to go into the park to vacation.
We were so happy with our stay here. The property is well equipped and has plenty of space. Our children loved seeing the elk daily as they visited the hillside and creek. We would 100% recommend this place for anyone wanting a place near the National park entrance that is peaceful and comfortable.
The property was just as described. It was well stocked with the essentials. Location to the Fall River entrance was great and a short drive to downtown Estes Park and the Safeway grocery store. I really can’t find any issues with the property. We have traveled all over the country and this is honestly the best of quality, supplied essentials and location for the purpose of our trip. Would stay here again no question.
This property is just as nice as the description said it was. I had to reach out to the property owner and she picked up right away. The river/stream in the backyard was wonderful. You can sit on the deck and drink your coffee and just listen to the water. We had a very large bull elk visit one evening! Our 2 year old grandson got to ride his bike out front and we could easily park 2 cars in the attached garage (which was great when they were calling for storms). We would definitely stay at this property again!
Excellent location, quality furnishings, great decor and well-stocked kitchen. Our stay was enhanced by the sound of Fall River, mere steps from the deck, and easy access to the Fall River entrance to RMNP. This is a tree-enshrouded, quiet neighborhood just minutes from Estes Park proper. This home gave us the best of all possible options and exceeded our expectations. We felt it a great value and we will return! Thank you to Shalia and her team!
