Check-In and Check-Out:

Check-In: Self-check-in is available with a smart lock. The code will be provided before your arrival.
Check-Out: Before departure, please follow the check-out instructions provided in the house manual. If you need a late check-out, let us know in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate you.

We are just minutes from Old Town, restaurants, Fashion Square, & Giants Spring Training Baseball. Just down the street is the Greenbelt, where you can enjoy lakes, golfing, biking and walking.
1. No Smoking
Smoking is not allowed inside the property. Please use designated outdoor areas if you need to smoke and dispose of cigarette butts properly.
2. No Parties or Events
Parties, events, or large gatherings are not allowed. Only registered guests are permitted on the property.(FINES WILL GET INVOLVE)
3. Quiet Hours
Please respect our neighbors by observing quiet hours from 10 PM to 7 AM. This includes limiting noise both inside and outside the property.
4. Respect Check-In and Check-Out Times
Check-in is after 4 PM, and check-out is by 10 AM. Late check-outs may be accommodated upon request, subject to availability.
5. Keep the Property Clean
Please treat the property with respect and leave it as you found it. Clean up after yourself, and report any damages or issues to us immediately.
6. Pets
Pets are not allowed on the property unless prior permission has been granted.
7. Report Any Damages
If something gets damaged during your stay, please let us know immediately so we can address it.
8. Follow Pool Safety Rules
Please follow all pool safety guidelines. No glass containers are allowed near the pool area.
9. No Unauthorized Guests
Only the guests included in the reservation are allowed to stay at the property. Any additional guests must be approved in advance.
10. Lock Doors and Windows
Please ensure all doors and windows are locked when you leave the property or upon check-out.
11. Dispose of Trash Properly
Please place all trash in the designated bins and take it out to the curb on the designated collection day, if applicable.
12. Follow Parking Instructions
Please park only in the designated parking areas. Do not block driveways or neighbors’ access.
13. Respect for Neighbors
Be courteous and respectful to the neighbors. Avoid loud noise, and do not trespass on neighboring properties.
14. Internet Usage
The Wi-Fi provided is for guest use only. Please do not use it for illegal activities, including downloading illegal content.
15. Cancellation of Reservation
The host reserves the right to cancel the reservation without a refund if any of these house rules are violated.

HOA is strict with: no trash bags outside front door, pets must be on leash when outside, pick up pet waste, be sensitive on noise issues due to common walls.
