About: How time flies! We have been coming to Hilton Head and especially Sea Pines since our children were very small. We all fell in love with Sea Pines and our happiest memories are here. One of those memories includes our daughter’s wedding on the beach. Our children are adults now with children of their own. However when they were in college they always found time to come along any time we were here. This is one of the most wonderful places in the world to have quality family time. It is possible to shut out all the distractions of busy lives at home and focus on enjoying each other. We live and work in the Atlanta area and have 3 adult children and four grandchildren. Eventually when retirement comes, we plan to move permanently to Sea Pines.
Why Sea Pines, Hilton Head Island, South Carolina, United States of America:
We are veteran renters with specific tastes in rental property. Being from Atlanta we wanted properties without the sight and sound of traffic. We wanted places that were light and bright that did not look dated. We prefer beach decor and water views. Pleasing outdoor areas with seating are a must. On site pool and tennis are important. We have stayed in so many different properties in Sea Pines that we know the unique features and advantages of each. We always loved Inland Harbour and found it very convenient to everything in Sea Pines. It is easy to get out the gate to make a quick trip to the grocery stores or restaurants. Also so many amenities are within a short walk or bike ride. We never tire of our view or the sound of the fountain. Also the golfers are very entertaining.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
We enjoy breakfast by the water. The views are incredible. Riding bikes is a favorite pass time. The bike paths are all paved, mostly shaded and flat. This is easy riding for anyone. We enjoy sitting and watching the waves and sunset over the ocean in the evenings. We love the live oaks and the incredible landscaping in our area. Everything in Sea Pines is so clean and well maintained. Our area is especially nice. Most of all we enjoy the escape from our busy lives with an ability to live in the moment without planning anything beyond the next meal or activity. This is a very peaceful place.
