East 305's professional decor offers an elite coastal atmosphere that is sure to melt your stresses away.

The master bedroom has a king bed, walk-in closet, flat-screen TV, and private access to the beachfront balcony. The master bathroom features a jetted bathtub, tiled walk-in shower, and double vanity. The guest bedroom has a queen bed, a flat-screen TV, and private access to the beachfront balcony. Just steps from both the guest bedroom and living area is a full guest bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Unit was exactly what the description said it would be. Unit was very clean but not over extravagant, it felt like home.balcony was very nice and close to the beach. Will definitely be booking with compass resorts again.

Love Silver Beach Towers and will be back!

Great stay! First time in Destin and the condo was in a great location!

The condo was great and located on the 3rd floor. We enjoyed how both rooms looked out over the beach and ocean. Both rooms also has access to the balcony. It was our first time in Destin and appeared to be some of the nicer condos. The pool and hot tub were nice and clean. No real complaints and we will be back!
