About Ocean Reef Villas:
Ocean Reef Villas is a small and very friendly with just 48 units. The on-site manager, Janet, is always willing to help. A shaded area near the pool is for those who want to sit and watch the waves. A shuffleboard and tennis court are also available. Our pool is heated in winter and a kiddie pool for the little ones. They both overlook the ocean, there is a clubhouse as well.

We are within walking distance to drug stores supermarkets, restaurants, etc. New Smyrna Beach is the nicest city in Florida with so much to explore and see. It is quaint, quiet, and the old town businesses and shops are exciting to visit.

Golf clubs are everywhere. Bike and kayak rentals also available. Nationally recognized restaurants close by, and cannot forget, the great fishing in the ocean and river.

Daytona beach is a just short drive away with lots of excitement, if you want it. Canaveral National Sea Shore (to the south) has trails and pristine beaches, and butts up to cape Kennedy. Straight out Atlantic Ave.( route A.1.)

Orlando, (Disney World, Universal Studios, SeaWorld, etc.), St. Augustine, and Cape Canaveral are all with in a 1.5 to 2 hours drive.
