We had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect—close to everything we needed, which made getting around so easy. The property itself was amazing and had so many great amenities. Our kids absolutely loved it all, especially the pool, spa, basketball hoop, and mini putt putt.We did run into a few issues with heating the pool and spa, but Kris was fantastic to work with—very responsive and helpful throughout.Overall, a great experience and we would definitely stay here again!

Great for families!

Property is beautiful! Lots of room for families to spread out and relax. The property was very clean and well stocked with activities.

Perfect Family Home

We had a great weekend in Bradenton. Perfect location near the beach, shopping and restaurants. The pool was very nice and we had the option to heat both pool and spa. We stayed in town for a family wedding and it was in close proximity with Ubers available. Would stay here again.

Friend reunion

Stayed for a long weekend with 12 girls for a friend reunion, the property was beautiful, had so many pool floaties and beach toys, the backyard is an amazing hangout spot! The host was so accommodating and allowed us to check out late and check in early which was such an amazing help with various flight times within the group. Close to beaches, bars, and restaurants but in a quiet and safe neighborhood. Would definitely stay again!

Great find beautiful property

We stayed here for my mom's 90th birthday. She lives close by and this was the perfect place for all of us to stay. We had 7 adults and a 2 year old. The pool was perfect for the 2 year old, it had a nice shallow end for him to splash around and a deeper end for the adults to stay cool. The pictures on the listing are very accurate and we were not disappointed at all. If we are in the area again we will certainly look stay here again.

Spring Break Stay

We had an amazing stay at this home over Spring Break. Our family decided relatively last minute to come to Florida for Spring Break and were lucky enough to be able to book this home. It is exactly as advertised. The home was clean, well-equipped and the backyard, pool and spa was awesome. Our teenagers enjoyed themselves immensely and we had plenty of room to spread out. The host was easy to contact and messaged us throughout the trip to make sure things were going well. Highly recommend this home.

Quick Weekend Getaway

We stayed 3 nights the weekend before Christmas. The property was as described. We were able to park all 3 cars in the drive. House was spacious and well stocked. The backyard was definitely the jewel of the property. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub, putting course and used the grill for dinner. Communication was great. Location was good, about 15 minutes to AMI.

Beautiful home and wonderful hosts

This home is exactly as pictured. It was very clean. The hosts were very welcoming and provided excellent communication prior to and during our stay. The home was stocked with everything we needed. The neighborhood was very nice and the hosts have a guide with many recommendations. We had fun playing mini golf and swimming in the lovely backyard. We had many competitions on the basketball game and plenty of space to play cards and games. The beds were comfy. We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely stay again.

No regrets

Kris provides a lovely home that was perfect for my large family group. Decor is nice. Love the neighborhood & close proximity to many things. I’d buy a house in this neighborhood. Beaches within a 10 min drive (with traffic) which I wasn’t sure about since we normally book beachfront properties, but Bradenton and AMI are such clean and easy to get to beaches with plenty of parking, it was hassle-free & fun. Plus, this was THE house perfect for our large group. Plenty of space & we even could bring our dog! Thoughtful touches & inclusions to help ensure a stress free vacation for renters. The fire pit is amazing! Plenty of supplies - more than we expected - & the place was CLEAN. Comfy beds, plenty of towels, beach towels & well kept appliances. Beach & pool gear, too. One of the few times we didn’t have to buy or bring those things. The pix are exactly what you get and my family LOVED the inside and outside space.This was a special trip - taking my mom, siblings (one disabled), my kids and grandkids for a week to spend together before my dad’s military memorial & internment in central FL. We made many happy memories in what could have been a really sad time. My thanks to Kris & his management team, led by Trysten, for providing such a lovely space & quick response to any questions or concerns we had.
