This unique, smoke-free, luxury apartment has had a major renovation over six months in the making. It is now available for you to enjoy.
Everything in this beautiful condo has been remodeled, and was designed with an Asian-tropical motif for your enjoyment.
The Waikiki Park Heights, in the heart of Waikiki, is just 200 yards from the famous blue waters of Waikiki Beach.
Totally secure building, with keyed elevator and 24 hour security personnel.
Outdoor pool, surfboard and bike storage please inquire in advance, parking, and Hy's Steak House Restaurant are all on property.
Centrally located and within walking distance to nearly everything you could need or want. The International Marketplace, Kapiolani Park, Waikiki Zoo and Aquarium are all nearby. Buses and the Waikiki trolley stop on Kuhio Ave, just steps from your door.
The Food Pantry, Waikiki’s only full service grocery store is just two blocks away. Convenient stores are directly across the street as well as many restaurants from fine dining to fast food.
#902 has a custom shower room; complete with two shower heads with separate controls. Within the shower room is a furo (Japanese soaking tub), also known as a Roman tub. This room is beautifully done in five different types of tile, and even has a back lit glass block window.
For relaxation and meditation, The light warm light is much like candle light with out the mess or fire hazard.
The toilet, located in a separate room from the bathing area,, features a Toto washerette personal hygiene system. Once you try this Japanese standard you will want one in your own home!
The bright, custom made azure vanity cabinet has a marble top and a number of small specialty drawers. A hair dryer is included for your use.
The long hallway is meticulously tiled with a stone pebble center and a polished marble border. It is simply breathtaking. Please take your shoes off at the door (a Hawaiian/Japanese custom) and enjoy the foot massage.
The large bedroom, with its lush green carpeting, has an ocean decor. The custom made dresser and desk with an ocean motif remind you of the warm ocean waters right outside your window. There is king bed, and a large closet with mirrored doors.
The living area features granite floors and a granite bar. Three bar stools and a full sized futon sofa for plenty of ways to kick back after a long day in the Hawaiian sun.
LCD Cable TV with over 60 channels including showtime. radio system are all included with your condo. Central air-conditioning, with your own controls, in the unit as well.
Free local calls, and calling card enabled phone with or your use as well.
Beautiful art and original oil paintings decorate the walls. The largest wall of the living area is virtually all glass, from the floor to ceiling. Slide it open, and your out onto a spacious lanai (veranda). Relaxing is easy in padded chairs to enjoy the activities on the sundeck surounding padded cafe table and padded chairs. The chairs and a table are there for you to enjoy the sunset or sunrise with your favorite drink. Relax, and feel the Aloha spirit.
The kitchen, with new cabinets and granite counter top, is fully stocked and ready to use. The smallest of details has been thought over, but if there is something more you need just call us. We will do everything we reasonably can to make your stay perfect.
We are not just trying to rent out a condo; we want to sell you on Waikiki. We believe that the integrity, diversity, and hospitality in Waikiki are second to none. We hope to have the opportunity to prove it to you.

I have worked in the hotel industry for years in different capacities. I was an executive housekeeper so I understand the standard of cleanliness. I am an artist. I have been a handyman and renovation contractor for the hotels for years. I renovate all of our units.

The building management company is excellent, the security guards are friendly and helpful, and they do a great job. We do not update the calendar as we have a total of 10 vacation condos, each with a little different charm, two 3 bedroom units, seven 1 bedroom units, and one studio. Great place to stay
We had wonderful time there. Very clean.
Great experience overall!
The condo was very clean and comfortable and the location was ideal. Keep in mind that parking is extra, but it was worth it to us to have the piece of mind. I would recommend this condo to others. It is a little outdated, but the updated dual shower and stone hallway were nice.
Waikiki Beach Retreat
We were very pleased with our rental. It was only a couple of minutes to the beach straight out from our driveway. We found a grocery store just a few short blocks away. We caught the bus a block from the condo, and took it to Pearl Harbor. The round trip was only $2.00. Hop on, hop-off buses run everywhere and is a great way to see Oahu without the fuss of a car. The only suggestion I have for the condo owners, is they need 2 new beach chairs. Very pleased with the security of the building and the cleanliness. Would highly recommend this unit again. oh yes, be sure and visit one of the many ABC stores. They have everything at a good price. Also in the lobby of the building, are several books you can borrow if you run out of things to read. I took a book, and left a book.
Great condo- centrally located!
Building was nice- condo was clean and well appointed. People in the building were very friendly and I loved that it was so close to the beach and restaurants in Waikiki!
Great Location / But Needs Upgrade
The apartment layout, location, parking, etc. is VERY good. The only reason I did not Five Star this rental is the age of the furnishings (TV, futon, mattress, carpet in bedroom). I respectfully recommend these upgrades. If you have allergies, I do not recommend this location.
Comfortable and short walk to beach.
Here for HomeAway Conference, we found this unit to be affordable and comfortable. It’s a short walk to beach and many great restaurants. Only comment would be that some coffee for guests would be nice but many stores and coffee stops are steps away. Host was accommodating on our request for late checkout and building security was helpful.
The condo is located at 2440 Kuhio Avenue in the heart of Waikiki. It is only 1.5 block (2 minutes) to the Waikiki beach and walking distance to all the restaurants, shops including Royal Hawaiian Shopping Center and the Duty-Free shopping center (DFS), New shopping center "Saks Fifth Avenue" is 5 minutes and the grocery store " Food Pantry" is only one 4 minutes walk away. A Bus stops is in front of the building that can take you to any destination, whether you want to hike Diamond Head, Snorkel at Hanauma Bay, explore North Shore, visit the historic Pearl Harbor or go clubbing on Hotel Street in Chinatown or do more shopping at Waikele Outlets or Beautiful Ala Moana Mall.
