This deluxe one bedroom unit is a fully furnished unit overlooking Lagoon and Ocean and two Ilikai pools and has been totally upgraded with granite kitchen counters and back splash, travertine marble floors throughout, travertine marble bathroom, Snack bar in Kitchen, seats 4. All teak furniture with carved pineapples in wood. 32 inch Flat screen TV / DVD. Mirrored wall in living room, Full size refrigerator, oven, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, rice cooker, toaster oven etc. dishes, pots and pans, glasses, etc. Great 120 sq. ft. lanai with table and chairs and two sling back lounge chairs for relaxing. Beach chairs, umbrella, and mats are in the unit. Enjoy water/lagoon/Hawaiian sunsets on the lanai. You can see the water and lagoon from inside of the unit. There are Shoji sliding doors separating the living room/bedroom for privacy. Laundry room with washers and dryers across the hall. Pkg. at the Ilikai Hotel is $ 28.00 daily and the Ilikai Marina next door is $ 20.00 daily. You may go in and out all day with no extra charge.

The Ilikai is adjacent to the Hilton Hawaiian Village. Fabulous views of the Hilton Lagoon and Ocean. There are restaurants in the building and many shops. Watch the fire works on Fridays from the Lanai.

This unit has every thing you need to have a wonderful vacation and relax in a very contemporary Hawaiian atmosphere and setting.

Please check in with Marina Hawaii Vacations which are located in the Ilikai lobby. Suite 116. Entering the front of bldg. they are on the left side, then go down the hall on left. Their office is on the right of the short hall. Hours are Mon.-Fri. 8:00 a.m -4:30 p.m. Sat.-9:00 a.m. -1:00 p.m. Closed on Sunday. If you are arriving later when office is closed , please call ahead and let them know you are coming in after hours. The number is 808-946-0716. The emergency number is 808-489-0787.They will place a lock box outside on the window of the office and give you a code. However, if you have a hard time with the code, you can call Kelli, the ofc. manager at 808- 489-0787. ( Joanna ) also has card keys . Her number is 808-295-3728 cell, 808-739-5555 home. Check in time is at 2:00 p.m. and check out time is at 11:00 a.m. If you flight doesn't leave till the evening, there is an area in the Ilikai lobby that will store you luggage. I believe they charge $ 1.00 per bag. Security also can get you in the unit if you forget your cards. If there is an emergency, please call 808-946-0716. Recording will come on and say to call 911. After that hit 1 and someone will take your call.

Thanks for a great stay! We highly recommend this condo for a couple or small families. Walking distance to many places. Would definitely book again if we found ourselves coming back to Oahu again.

Unit needs updating and some repairs. Didn't love it. Hotel is great.

Let me start with the positive: great location for beach, shopping & restaurants. Nice view although limited by hotels. Bed was a bit hard for us but ok. The AC was great. Marina Vacation Management was extremely friendly & helpful. Cinnamons restaurant is definitely worth the visit.

Ok now for the bad:

Toilet leaking around wax cell on floor. I went to Marina Vacation Management & it was fixed the next day.

Hotel ventilation is right next to unit & it is very annoying inside & on the lanai. One morning it woke us up. It was sounded like an old stream locomotive going up hill. Fixed in 1 ½ days. Couldn't sleep that night.

Trap door hanging down in kitchen, gets scraped by cabinet door when opened. Marina Vacation Management fixed it the next day.

Outlet in bathroom very loose: July 1st it was noted in a review. It wasn’t fixed the end of September. Marina Vacation management fixed the next day.

Wallpaper in bathroom pealing & loose in many places.

Bottom sheet won’t stay tucked in. Not a fitted sheet.

Constant noise outside from air conditioners & HVAC units on top of hotels. Noise from traffic.

Kitchen needs to be redone

Silverware drawer smells musty & hard to open/close

Used coffee filter in coffee pot

Ceiling vent in kitchen – filthy

Can’t see sunset from lanai, as advertised in VRBO, at least not in Sept.-Oct.

Can’t close drapes all the way because of the room divider – neighbors can easily see in. Clipped curtain together with chip clip.

Nothing in condo for any cleaning, not even a broom. No plastic bags for trash. I think these things could be supplied. All condos I have rented through VRBO supply cleaning supplies. Some even laundry detergent & plastic storage bags & food storage containers. There was toilet bowl cleaner.

Needed towel for drying dishes. Ask Marina Vacation management but didn’t get one.

Couldn’t connect to internet with our Apple products. Turns out carrier was changed & needed a new modem. This was a huge inconvenience. We own a business & were here on business trip. We arrived on Saturday & didn’t have internet until Monday when Marina Vacation Management opened. They jerry-rigged something so we were able to have connection until Spectrum could get out with the new modem. Came on Tuesday.

Floor was dirty. My feet became black when barefoot.

Wasn’t happy we had to spend parts of 3 days getting things repaired.

Will not rent this unit again. Will rent a different at Ilikai. The hotel and location are great.

Owner's Response: Sorry to hear you weren't happy there. The kitchen has already been remodeled with granite counter tops/granite snack bar with granite back splash. Travertine marble floors, solid wood cabinets. Cal king bed is a pillow soft bed which is a very expensive bed. View of pools, Hilton Waterfalls and Ocean is fabulous./ Pictures on VRBO were taken from the lanai. There is only one other hotel in this location which is the Hilton Hawaiian Village. Noise from traffic ? This unit faces the water, not on the front side of the hotel where the main road is. (surprised to hear about that ) Marina Hawaii Vacations supplies the sheets, towels and other items which they place in the unit. There is a mop in the storage area on the left side of the door when you enter. The company maids always do a great job maintaining the unit. However, Marina is looking into the items that had to be repaired during your stay that were not taken care prior to your arrival.They have a copy of the e-mail . If you called their number and then pressed one they immediately respond. Someone would have come the same day and got the WIFI working. We've had situations when guest forget both card keys in the unit and are locked out. When they call someone comes right out with two new cards. Once again, sorry about the inconvenience. However, the management company is looking into that. They do take these things very seriously.

Great condo location

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. The view was beautiful and close to shopping and restaurants. So many fun activities to do in Oahu. I do recommend parasailing on Waikiki! Loved it

All the comforts of home and more

Great place and wonderful location close to everything. The pool and the beach were fun for the kids and the food truck next the marina had the best fish and chips!

Some restaurants in the hotel, however, many of them are near the hotel and throughout Waikiki area. Our favorite is Duke's in Waikiki on the beach. Entrees are very reasonably priced, plus there is a great salad bar at extra cost with entree. Also, music and great sunsets. Check out all the booklets in the stands at Waikiki with all the activities offered, restaurants, festivals, and many more things. Some may have coupons. Pick up books at stands for more coupons.

If you are arrive during those hrs. just check in. However, if you are late or arriving after hours, please call them at 808- 946-0716 to let them know. They will place a lock box outside the ofc. window & give you a code. Also, in case you lose the number, you can call the owner at 808-295-3728.
