Kihei Kai Nani #4-221 is a 2nd floor, 1 bedroom 1 bath unit with a fully equipped kitchen, washer & dryer, cable TV/DVD and free Wi-Fi. Phone service is included with long distance calling to the US mainland and Canada. It has a brand new, quiet split A/C system for living room and bedroom, queen bed and a new queen sofa bed. Kihei Kai Nani #4-221 accommodates 4 comfortably.
The location is an easy walk to restaurants, shopping, beaches, parks, health food store, and Internet café. There are six championship golf courses within 15 minutes. Kihei, being on the beautiful south coast, has the best weather and beaches in Maui, so relax by the large pool or enjoy the variety of activities Maui has to offer. Please note: This unit is on the second floor with no elevator available.
Same day bookings and those arriving within 48 hours of making the reservation requires a phone call to Rentals Maui for confirmation.
Bookings made within 7 days of arrival will require an ID check and screening prior to confirmation.
Longer stays require additional terms and conditions. Please contact Rentals Maui for inquiries longer than 60 nights.
We work to maintain a very accurate website. At times furniture, decor or flooring may be upgraded and pictures are not updated yet. This would not change the seating, sleeping, function or views of the condo. Amenities are accurately and clearly listed for your convenience.
Kihei Kai Nani is located right across from the world renowned Kamaole Beach #2. This gorgeous beach is famous for its long sandy shoreline, clean clear water for snorkeling, and great body surfing. Whale watch, paddle board, walk the beach and watch the most amazing sunsets imaginable. It is a short drive to the championship golf courses of Wailea and Makena. Kihei Kai Nani has a 60 foot swimming pool, shuffleboard, gas grills for your use, a coin-operated laundry room, complimentary internet service and free parking. Kihei Kai Nani is a popular property with easy access to shops and restaurants.

Fantastic condo

Location is key and this condo is smack in the middle. This is our first time to Maui and it did not disappoint. The beaches along Kihei are spectacular.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything was well prepared and the description about the arrival was excellent. Also the Check-In was very friendly and all of the other staff and guests, too. The apartment has a great size and everything we needed was already available and it was absolutely quit. There are enough parking slots available. You just need to walk 2min to reach the beach. Amazing.

Week in Kihei

Great stay at the Kihei Kai Nani units with Rentals Maui. Unit was very clean and well equipped for our stay at a very central location just across the street from Kamaole Beach Park II.

Perfect vacation condo!

My wife and I had the most perfect stay at this condo. The condo is in the ideal location, was clean, and was well stocked with amenities (towels, kitchen stuff, bedding, etc.). Check in and check out were easy and the staff at the complex were friendly and helpful. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a wonderful island vacation in Maui. I would stay here again, and will try to whenever I have the chance to visit Maui again.

A great stay in Kihei!

Check in was great- very simple with excellent instructions from Maui Rentals. The property is clean and had everything we needed- accurate to the description. The lanai, while large enough, is very hot after sunrise. After the sun passes, the air conditioner blows quite a bit of heat out there as well- you need to turn off the ac. Minor annoyance. The pool area is great and the grounds are very well kept. Overall, we very much enjoyed our stay!

Sweet and Memorable

The home was absolutely perfect for us. Views are darling. Out on balance is a fruitful star fruit tree and pool. Steps away from the beach. The area is walkable close to stores and restaurants.

Fantastic Location

The property was clean, kitchen has been updated, overall the unit was good. Location is fantastic if you are interested in being around Kamaole Beach Park II. Within a very short walk are great restaurants, probably the best Health Food Store on the island, and rental places for boards, snorkel, and various recreational equipment. Rental has beach chairs, umbrella, towels, cooler...everything you need to spend a day on the beach! Also, unit has a split A/C system...not just a box in a window...a big plus in my books!

The unit was in a great location, clean, well stocked kitchen. Only complaint is that three of the four beach chair could not be carried on back due to broken straps.

Comfortable condo close to everything. Set back from busy road, so quiet (except for wild roosters!). Walk to beaches, restaurants. Parking was great. Easy access to the rest of the island. Lovely lanai overlooking pool. Appreciated having washer/dryer. Decor a bit dated, but comfortable.

Love this place!

The condo had everything we needed to feel at home, including a fully equip kitchen, and more! Right across the street from a world class beach and snorkeling. Main shops, coffee and restaurants are minutes walking distance. There are other beaches and hiking only a few minutes away, and we found that Kihei is one of the shortest distances to Halea Kala sunrise. The condo really made our vacation a relaxing and magical stay in Maui. Thank you!

Love Maui

We had the most wonderful time here! The communication ahead of time was above anything I’ve ever experienced, and I’ve done a lot of vacation rentals. The whole unit and property was very clean. Loved that they offered a starter kit of soap, laundry, etc. and told us ahead of time how much was included, very helpful for a shorter stay! Loved that the property was quiet :) checkout process was also so simple, which is nice when you’re leaving super early. I can’t speak highly enough about this rental, would most definitely consider it again for our next trip back to Maui!
