Very clean place, and we love that it was so close to the beach. We would like to comment on how thin the walls / floors are, and we could hear the upstairs neighbors all night. Also, we like to cook on our vacations, but many of the pans in the kitchen were too scratched to cook with.

This property was even better than I expected!! big size, living room, and kitchen area and open floor plan, nice bedrooms with soft sheets and good pillow pillows. The place was extremely clean when we arrived!! we also left the place very clean when we left:) the parking spot was perfect to be on the beach since there is really not parking down on the Shores that it’s easy. My girls and I took beach chairs to the beach one day and we went to all the restaurants and beach shops. We did hear the people above us walking around. But I knew this going in and the noise was not bad at all. The neighbors in this 4 place condo were kind/pleasant and all respectful. I highly recommend this VRBO property.

We had a great stay at the condo! The location was perfect, one block from the beach. The condo was clean and perfect for our family. It had all the amenities we needed. The only drawback was parking. It was a little tight with our large SUV. We would definitely stay here again!!!

Perfect location & well set up

This is a great location from which to explore San Diego for a family of 4 or similar size group. Just steps from La Jolla Shores and central to almost everything else. As photos reflect, the condo is small and you won't want to stay inside long during the days, but it is well furnished and very comfortable--and you are practically at the beach already so have no reason to be indoors! We really enjoyed our stay.

Amazing location in LA Jolla shores. Close to shops, cafe, restaurants and the beach. Bottom unit has space for five (2 adults, three kids). Nice kitchen. As of July 2018, the building next to it is being renovated, which is noisy during the week from about 8 am to 4 pm. Otherwise, I'd stay here again.

This is the spot to stay if you want to enjoy the beach! If you stay anywhere else in La Jolla, you have to fight the traffic and congestion to get here and then parking problem.
Stay in this home, park your car, you do not need to drive, beach and park with play ground is 3 minutes walk, restaurants, cafes, surf shops are around the corner.

Lifeguards are on-hand daily at La Jolla Shores for swimmers and surfers to safely enjoy the surf. It’s tops for picnicking, sunbathing, playing in the water, and people watching. The beach is in front of Kellogg Park which has two grassy areas for picnics that are separated by a large parking lot. Even though the beach is large and so is the parking lot, they both can fill up on sunny days. Rentals are available at the beach and on Avenida de la Playa where you’ll also find a market and restaurants.
