Enjoy this cozy getaway in the beautiful Casa de Oro with bedroom, bathroom, kitchenette, laundry, outdoor BBQ . Roll out of bed and enjoy a cup of coffee in the patio listening to birds chirping all day long. ALL of the city's top attractions are a short drive away. This beautiful space is clean, crisp and decorated with great style . Strong WiFi signal makes this an excellent work space too :)

1) No Smoking allowed. Fee for painting walls and ceiling to remove smoke smell inside the unit is $600 on top of the additional cleaning fee of $150.

2) This is a peace lovers paradise so no unregistered guests are allowed on the property at any time - so no parties or entertaining non-guests.

3) Additional cleaning fee of $150, if the unit is left excessively dirty. 4) Guests need to come prepared to use their hotspot in case of an outage.

My hosting style is heavily influenced by the hospitality that Romanian people are well known for all over Europe as well as by my love for travel, art, waking up with a cup of coffee or tea and looking forward to enjoying life's simple pleasures.

My husband Bob, is a native San Diegan with great insight into the region and the beautiful places to explore. He too welcomes you.

If more people are travelling together, we have an additional bigger unit available for booking at the same location that can sleep 4 and another unit closer to North County beaches that can sleep 3.

Linens and towels are always clean & soft to make you feel cozy and at home :)
The patio is as relaxing as can be and makes for a Sublime outdoor experience, simply a place to relax, listen to the birds and read a book.

If you're into healthy eating at home, outdoor BBQ connected to the gas line of the house are a chef's delight. Kitchenette is equipped with pots, pans, utensils, coffee maker, toaster, hotplate, countertop over and full fridge. And there is a washer and a dryer in the garage as well.
