Recently updated this sunny one bedroom one bath condominium has beach views and is just a two minute walk to the famous Siesta Key Beach. Come and experience the surprisingly white powdery-soft quartz sand and beautiful sunsets! The condo's screened in lanai is perfect for enjoying those beautiful sunsets or just relaxing with a book or a drink. Unit 309 sleeps 3 comfortably with a king size bed, and queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Private WiFi and high-speed internet are provided. Large HD flat screen TVs with voice remote and DVR in living room and bedroom. DVD in living room. Updated bathroom includes a tiled walk-in shower with grab bars for your safety. The newly remodeled kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need during your stay.
Enjoy La Siesta's many on-site amenities including the pool, outdoor grills, shuffleboard, ping pong and pool tables, plus a fitness room and library in our clubhouse. The assigned, covered parking spot is just steps from the building, and visitor parking is available.
During your stay, visit the quaint Siesta Village with its shops, restaurants, and nightlife with live music. Walk to the Village or take one of the FREE shuttle services available. You may want to plan your beach vacation during one of the many special events like the 4th of July fireworks, art shows, volleyball tournaments or the International Sand Sculpting Festival! Magnificent!!!!!

The condo was up to date and very clean. The decor was beachy and welcoming. There was an umbrella and beach chairs which was so convenient since we were unable to bring our own. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots and pans, silverware. Bathroom was clean and updated. Very satisfied with location. Beach was across the street. Free Trolley stopped right in front. Loved it and would stay here again!!!!

Girl Trip

My 2 daughters and I stayed 10 nights. My friend and her daughter stayed in the unit above ours. It was pretty clean all around. There were a couple beach chairs and coolers we could use to take over to the beach. The one roll of toilet paper they provided was hands down the THINNEST finger poking through toilet paper I have ever used! Also the kitchen supplies were hit and miss. No scissors to open anything with, no baking sheets to bake anything, and I had to buy my own spatula, because the one in the unit had been left in the pan when it was hot apperantly, and even though I tried to get it all off the best I could, black chunks kept coming off in our eggs! Yuck! Also, the pool is unsupervised, which is just fine, bit there were people drinking, mostly alcohol, and eating inside the pool, not on the sidelines, but in the pool, which was pretty gross. They are both prohibited in the pool, and the pool is suppose to be under surveillance, but nothing was done about it. The location is exceptional, there are trolleys, golf carts that run on tips only, no need for a vehicle rental! Also the elevator floor could use a good bleaching every now and then! Overall, very happy with the stay and the condo!!! Plan on staying there the next time we visit Siesta Key!

Perfect location!

My husband and I love Siesta key! This was our 3rd visit, but our first time staying here at La Siesta. The location is perfect. Right across the street from the beach. Minutes from restaurants and all the fun. The room was perfect for the two of us, very clean, had everything we needed. We will definitely be staying here again!

Great Stay

Condo was as advertised. Clean and has all necessary appliances, tv’s etc. Location was perfect, across the street from the beach and on a trolley line for any trip into town.

100% Worth It

Super nice place to stay in the middle of the area that is close enough to make traveling less of a chore than I expected. Plenty of space for 2 people, didn’t use much of the kitchen but the ability to use it if needed was nice. Overall a positive experience, only confusing thing was initially checking in but that was resolved rather quickly. Definitely recommend.

Wonderful Place to Spend a Week

The condo is clean, has very nice furniture, and is larger than we expected. Very easy to check-in and the folks at the office were very helpful. It is a sensational location. We had 2 adults and 2 teenagers, but we were very comfortable and we look forward to going back!

Great Location and Condo

We were very happy with the location and condo. The unit was clean and as represented in the pictures. My only complaint was with the information I was provided to get to and locate the condo when we arrived. The address I was given was to the office, where there was no drive. We had to figure out to drive down a side street to get to the parking lot, and then we were not sure which of the three building housed our condo. Once we finally figured it out, we discovered a layout sheet of the property in the manual in the condo that would have saved us time and trouble if that had been sent to us in advance. Other than our arrival confusion, we enjoyed the condo and the area very much and would not hesitate to stay at this property again.

Beautiful place

This was a very nice condo that was clean and updated. It had everything that we needed for us to relax and enjoy our vacation. The location was fantastic for convenience to walk back and forth to the beach and to the village. It was family friendly and was quiet even during spring break. The only downfall was the noise of the traffic on the balcony but being on the main strip that is to be expected. We would stay here again for sure!!! And would recommend it to everyone we know!!

Perfection!!

We stayed for a week over the 4th of July holiday. It was amazing. The condo was perfect for a couple looking to get away. It had all the amenities we were looking for and more. This was the first trip I have booked by myself and the staff was so helpful from answering all my questions leading up to check in and while we were there. Very easy to work with and accommodating. Even though everything was extremely busy because of the holiday, our condo was so quiet every night. Not once were we ever disrupted by noise. The location is great because we were able to get up every morning and have breakfast on the patio over looking the ocean then pack up and walk across the street to the beach. Perfect location! Close to Siesta Village but far enough away you are out the hustle and bustle. Will definitely return and I would recommend to any couple just looking to get away and enjoy the company of each other.
