The apartment was clean and quiet. Would definitely consider using this property again. I didn't notice if this was mentioned in the property info but it may make a difference to some people that this apartment is on the 3rd floor and there are stairs to climb. No problem for us. Also the control for the heat is not in the apartment but I will say the home owner was more than accommodating when we texted her for changes in the apartment temperature. Great location and a very comfortable place to stay!

We were met by the kind owner who graciously showed us around the cozy top floor apartment and gave us her mobile number in case we needed anything. The special touches; plenty of coffee pods, bottled waters and half and half in the fridge, lots of towels, is more than what other VRBO’s offer. Location is great, pretty and quiet neighborhood, 5 min walk to multiple restaurants and the beach. 9 Uber (2 mile) ride to downtown Newport. Really enjoyable visit.

Deborah’s place is perfect for a Newport stay and is very close to both Easton’s beach (few minute walk) and Second beach (15 minute walk). The place itself was very clean and had a bathroom, sitting area, small kitchen, and two bedrooms. Deborah was also very accommodating and easy to communicate with

It was my boyfriend and I’s first time visiting Newport and I’m so glad I found this listing! Easton Beach is right around the block and Second Beach is about a 5 minute drive. Both super convenient to get to and Bowen’s wharf is also only a 10 minute drive. Felt like we were in a great location and the apartment was just like it was shown in the photos, super clean and organized! Deb was also lovely and easy to communicate with if we ever needed anything. Would definitely stay here again!
