Come experience St. Petersburg and all it has to offer from our recently renovated condo on Tampa Bay, just 20 steps from your front door. Enjoy spectacular sunrises and sunsets from the dock along with your favorite beverage.

This well-appointed air-conditioned condo has everything you'll need to enjoy your home away from home, nothing needed. There is coin laundry available for your convenience. An on-site pool with grills also makes this the perfect place to relax on a sunny day or for an early evening swim.

Every day has something different to offer from the local beaches, shopping, restaurants for every foodie, cafes, first class museums, breweries and distilleries, fishing from your own dock, kayaking, preserves, recreational courts and golf courses. There are several sports teams that play throughout the season, including baseball, soccer (football), hockey and American football. The area is within 45 minutes to beautiful Sarasota, 30 minutes from Tampa and many other well-known Florida sites within a few hours or a day trip. New to St. Pete is the ferry to Tampa for those who want to explore our big city neighbor. The St. Pete Pier and Park is also a wonderful place to enjoy your day and only 15 minutes from your home away from home.
