This is a ground level, single story dwelling with no attaching walls to neighbors. It has a comfortable covered patio with a barbeque and chaise lounges for relaxation. Internet and streaming flat screen Roku TV in both living area and Master Bedroom. Our place has a 1 month minimum per HOA, and sorry no pets are allowed per HOA. This area is incredibly walkable. In the heart of Old Town with shops, galleries, restaurants, bars and museums are all 1-2 blocks from your front door. Great area for folks that like to walk, civic center, library, Scottsdale Stadium are all a short.
