Kitchen area and screened in porch area. The club house has an indoor year round pool with an entertainment area. Condo will sleep 2 people and pets are NOT allowed.

Why they chose this property

We live in Maine for part of the year and enjoy Wells as it easy to get around and has so much to offer all year round.

What makes this property unique

Property is so close to the beach with so many other great attractions and restaurants near by. A couple of our favorites are Bitter End and The White Barn Inn. We also enjoy the indoor pool and club house.
