Located on riverside Daytona Beach just a short drive over the bridge to the beach, enjoy what this 2-bedroom house has to offer. Our home includes 1 king bed and 2 twin beds. The property features 2 newly renovated bathrooms as well as amenities like a washer and dryer, WiFi, heating, and AC. Full kitchen ready with all essentials needed to cook. As well as a fenced in back yard. We hope you'll enjoy your stay at our home away from home.

Our host communicated well all important information concerning our stay. The house had everything we needed for our stay. Great kitchen, everything was clean, and a comfortable bed!Easy drive to the beach. There is also a park and walking trails nearby along the river.We also found a farmers market not too far while out and about checking out the area!Would definitely book again!

5 day stay in this wonderful home!

Highly recommend this vacation rental to a small family or couple! Very clean and newly remodeled home! It was only a small drive to the beach and local restaurants. Very peaceful neighborhood and kind neighbors. The owners recommended great local places to eat! Will definitely stay again! Rent this home for your vacation!

Great Stay

I was absolutely impressed with this property. The property manager communicated very effectively and let it be known that they were there to answer any questions that we had. We were in town for football and needed a place to stay. This is a very quiet neighborhood. We had no issues whatsoever. I would highly recommend this place for anyone looking to stay in the area.

Born in Daytona Beach and raised there until I was 14. My family moved to Indiana and I have lived there for the past 19 years. I still visit family in Daytona multiple times a year as this STR is also our home away from home. Family of 2 kids, 2 dogs and 2 cats. The beach is where we try to spend most of our time when we are in town.

Why they chose this property

This house has been in my family for over a decade. We enjoy the location because of the beautiful scene of the river while heading to the beach.

What makes this property unique

Although in a neighborhood, the corner lot with a fenced in yard and quiet neighbors provide a semi private environment.
