The convenient open floor plan creates an inviting environment, perfect for guests looking for a cozy setting.
The fully equipped kitchen invites to socialize while cooking. The dining area accommodates groups for meals or game nights. Our living room has a comfortable seating, reading material and games for your enjoyment. Back deck where you can enjoy the peaceful sound of the river, a nice meal with the family in the outdoor dining space or simply sip a cup of coffee.
Main floor: open space plan (living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, workspace and a half bath. Lower level: main bedroom with private full bath, secondary bedroom with a queen bed and a den with extra sleeping space great for kids! (2 twin bunk beds, no door or closet) and an extra full bath with jetted tub. Main and secondary bedroom have doors with locks.

We had a great stay! The property is exactly as described/pictured and the hosts have thought of everything! Very clean and well appointed. Kitchen had everything I needed to cook multiple meals, living room and dining area had plenty of comfy seating, and it was a nice central location for access to Attitash and North Conway. Already planning for next year!

Absolutely perfect! The condo was extremely clean, very well maintained, and very thoughtfully designed. We have rented a lot of places, and this one stands out as top notch!

Family weekend to Story Land and Diana’s Bath

Great accommodations had everything wr needed for all in the group to relaxing and stay comfortably including the dog. Story Land, Diana’s Bath and North Conway Center were so close and easy trips to make. We also really enjoyed the river in the back to take adventures on with the pup! Would definitely stay again.

Riverfront Getaway

If you have a big family and are looking to stay in a comfortable vacation rental, then book this unit! We will be coming back! it's close to just about everything in NH and fun for the whole family.

Family snowboard vacation

We had a great time at the riverside nest! Just a few minutes to attitash, we were at the mountain everyday for early runs. The house is well equipped and had plenty of space for our family of 4. The available toiletries for things we forget was a nice touch, and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook. Would stay again!

This was the perfect place for myself, my wife, our toddler and our dog. Check in was super easy and the house was very welcoming. It was clean and had everything you could need; we loved having the toiletries available because we had forgotten our toothbrushes which was perfect that she had them. Marina was also nice enough to have supplies such as dishwasher pods, laundry detergent and a few other things. Plenty of board games and toys for both kids and adults as well. The neighborhood was very quiet which was perfect. Would definitely recommended to anyone especially families!

Great stay!

We had a wonderful stay at this condo. We were impressed by all of the added touches and how well it was stocked with supplies, chargers and a nice little welcome package. They were very responsive and accommodating with check in and check out. We had two families of four and it worked well. The kids bunk room is open at the bottom of the stairs rather than being in a separate room, but it wasn’t really a problem for the amount of time we were staying. It was very conveniently located and quiet, wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Property was amazing. If you forgot something odds are the house had it for you. From toothbrushes to feminine products they thought of it all. Plenty of games and toys for both kids and your fury pets! Three steps out the back door and you’re standing on the river which is so peaceful and beautiful. The house is far enough away from everything but close enough to wherever you need to go. Story Land is literally around the corner and the shops of North Conway are down the road. Our host was super responsive and helpful as we needed to adjust our stay. She was amazing! Can’t say enough positive about this property. We are definitely staying here again for future adventures!

Inside, our condo offers a well-equipped kitchen with almost everything you need to prepare meals and a nice coffee bar. The open floor plan with enough seating space in our living room and dining area allowing family and friends to have a great time together. Free access to the resort pool, tennis and basketball courts.
