About the host
Hosted by Ashley R. Lynch
We were both born and raised only a half hour drive from Seneca Lake and have now been locals here for over 30 years. We enjoy going out to eat at all the delicious, restaurants that strictly support New York State farms & the local economy themselves by featuring farm-to-table dishes. It's easy to work up an appetite between hiking all the various state parks, walking trails in the Finger Lakes National Forrest, biking the Catherine Valley Trail, or kayaking in Seneca Lake.
Of course, we also enjoy many of our neighboring wineries, breweries, and distilleries. Watching the sunset from our boat dock while sipping on a cold beverage is a favorite evening ritual in the summer.
We also never miss creating a glass pumpkin to add to our collection or seeing the Christmas tree display at the world-renowned Corning Museum of Glass in the Fall & Winter.
We became hosts because we want other families to come experience this great region and all it has to offer. From waterfalls & wine to lakes & lagers, there's something for everyone here.

Why they chose this property
The Alexander's also own 7 Spruce Lodge, just minutes from this property and are locals themselves.
What makes this property unique
This property is spacious, private, and unique in that it has 3 separate living spaces. Making this home ideal for extended families or friend groups with varying ages of children to come together for vacation but still have their own area to retreat to when desired. There is a 2-story, 4-bedroom home along with a 1-bedroom guest house with large, outdoor patio between the two homes. Also, for the water-sport fanatic, this home includes slips for ANY watercraft you could desire from jet-ski to pontoon boat.
