Backyard with pool is wonderful, walk to beach 10-15 minutes, house is spacious and Janet handled any issues immediately. Parking is a plus. Would definitely stay there again.

Gorgeous home, grounds and pool. Love the heated pool and spa. Great location to the beach. Hosts were very quick to respond and friendly 10/10. Only complaint was I had to buy body wash, lol.

We really enjoyed our stay here! From the moment we arrived, everything felt clean, comfortable, and welcoming. The house was nice and spacious, had everything we needed to feel right at home. The pool was definitely a highlight, and we loved how close we were to the beach.The A/C worked perfectly, and the clean laundry area was a great bonus. The host was wonderful and made everything so easy. We’d definitely stay here again!

We had several families, three generations, plenty of room and lots of fun! The pool with cave and hot tub was a big hit. Lots of games for kids of all ages.

We went for my 60th Birthday and everything was great! Had a blast in the gorgeous pool, it was definitely the highlight!! Only five minute walk to beach and close enough to walk to Carlsbad village if you like to go for a walk in the mornings. Restaurants close by, although we cooked in the beautiful kitchen the whole time. The host was quick to answer any questions or concerns we had. We will definitely be returning!

Wonderful house with a great pool and spa! Everything was well stocked. The host met us at check in to give a walk through of everything and we didn’t need her the rest of the trip. The space was large enough for our group of 7.

Perfect spot to stay for our family get together! While the lagoon and Tamarack Beach were a short walk away, we were content to enjoy the open air kitchen/living room, and the pool was a delight for the kids. Lots of places to congregate or find a quiet place to lounge. Our host was very responsive and the home was super clean. Definitely will rebook if we are back in the area with family.

The back yard is to die for. The hot tub, pool, bar area, and grill were all very nice. The pictures on the site do not do it justice. You have to see this place to believe it. We cant wait to get back.

This home is great for multi-generational families, from babies to teenagers to adults, and our group had them all! There was truly something for everyone to enjoy. Janet is an amazing host who provides top-notch customer service and genuinely cares about her guests' experience. She was incredibly responsive and immediately addressed the few minor concerns that arose when we arrived. We had a great stay in Carlsbad! The 4th of July beach crowds made parking impossible, but the private backyard pool saved the day! Honestly, it was even better since we didn't have to lug all of our gear down to the sand. We highly recommend staying here in Carlsbad. You can't do better than Janet's hospitality for her guests!

This place was wonderful. Kids enjoyed the pool, especially the shallow entry area. Everything you need-towels, laundry, games and toys for the kids. The host team was super responsive on check-in. And after a few issues popped up with the pool & hot tub, they got it fixed pronto. Hope to return soon!!
