Esta unidad de 2 dormitorios y 2 baños se ha actualizado recientemente y es simplemente encantadora. Cocina recién pintada, totalmente renovada y completamente surtida que cuenta con electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable y encimeras de granito, ambos baños se han renovado, los nuevos y hermosos pisos fluyen a lo largo del condominio, la decoración de la playa de FL con cómodos asientos y cuenta con una mesa de comedor y una barra de desayuno para brindar una gran cantidad de asientos para todos. Este condominio también tiene un balcón privado con vista al Golfo para que puedas disfrutar de todas las increíbles puestas de sol mientras te relajas en tu hermoso condominio. Very nice room. Only hassle is using codes for the door to the room, codes to enter the building and codes to enter and exit the pool area . All codes were different If you forget a code you are stuck until someone else comes along or you remember.Room itself was A. Of all the units our group rented ours may have been the nicest!!!!!

Perfect All Around

This was our first trip to this area. The accommodations were lovely, nice deck, and the location offered so much to do and restaurants to enjoy. We will be back next year.

Loved the area, very clean and new, beach was perfect, the only drawback was they had a plywood fence around the pool attached to the pool fence, blocked the view of the beach from the pool area

Nice and small complex. So there are not so many people in the same area. Perfect condo for four adults. I would rent again.

Lovely visit

We enjoyed the stay and the condo was very well kept. They allowed us 5 towels for four people and ask for $20 for additional towels for a full week stay. I didn't think that was very welcoming but other than that we didn't have any complaints.

Christmas vacation

Overall the Property was clean and as advertised. Access to the beach was great. I agree with the other reviews that for the price you pay, it would be nice to have a larger supply of paper towels, soap, toilet paper, laundry, dishwashing detergent, etc. Also wish beach towels would have been provided. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Great experience other than the red tide. It gave me a headache, cough, and sometimes hard to breath. But the beaches were so pretty

Didn’t like the one key to share for gates very inconvenient. Condo was nice. The way it sounds on web washer dryer in unit and wasn’t. Location was great.

Redington Beach is a great central location. We particularly loved the spot because it was peaceful and relaxing. I’m a light sleeper and slept like a baby every night! Very Clean And Well Maintained

We were very pleased with our recent stay at the Emerald Isle. The condo was as advertised. It was very clean and well-maintained. It was also well-stocked with everything we needed for our stay. The communication with the rental company went very smoothly as they were very responsive and timely with our registration and check-in process. The location was perfect and the beach was beautiful. The only recommendation that we would make would be to eliminate the need for keys to enter/exit the pool/beach area and replace them with some type of coded lock. The keys did not work well and created a bit of a hassle. Otherwise, everything was great and we would definitely recommend staying here.

Beautiful!

This was our first VRBO rental. Everything was great! My only big disappointment was not being able to watch the sunset from our balcony. This was one of my prerequisites in looking. The unit was beachfront but two units to the right jutted out and blocked the sunset 😫. Had to go on the beach to see it which was fine. Also didn’t have much luck with restaurants. Best was Texas Roadhouse which we found on our last night. Thai and pizza across the street was pretty good too. Would definitely go back but to a unit where we could see the sunset and would cook more of our own meals. Also need to update the grill to gas! Thank you!

Great unit!

We enjoyed our week at the Emerald Isle condo. Our only glitch was that when arrived at the 3:00 check-in time, we entered the condo and quickly realized that it hadn't yet been cleaned. However, one call to the management office quickly solved the problem. Some mix-up in communication had caused the crew to clean the wrong unit. We went for a 45 minute beach walk, and by the time we returned, the unit was spotless. The unit was more than adequate -- comfortable furnishing, great balcony view, very quiet, strong wifi, warm pool, very well equipped kitchen. There are great restaurants within a short walk or within a 15 minute drive, and we took advantage of their take-out meals. Downtown St. Pete is only about 40 minutes away, so we enjoyed a dolphin watching cruise on one of our days. I strongly recommend Sand Key Park, on the Gulf, just before the bridge to busy Clearwater Beach. Beautiful wide beach, lots of parking, and no crowds. We had one very cool day so we took advantage of the Botanical Gardens and Millennium Park, both less than 25 mintues away. We will definitely be back.

The master bedrooms king size bed was very comfortable. We will be returning in the near future!!!

Beautiful FL

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful beach, clean, not too crowded. Condo is beautifully updated, very clean & well stocked with supplies. We stayed in this unit a few years ago and would like to come back. However, they need to replace the twin mattresses in one of the bedrooms. My brother-in-law had such low back pain that he had to sleep on the couch. That was really the only issue. Hopefully they will replace & we can come back!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed in a variety of condos up and down the beach in this area and have even stayed at the Emerald Isle before! We love the location and the condo was beautiful in pics. Upon our arrival we were not disappointed! This condo has been beautifully updated! I loved the master! It has a fabulous view , a lovely pool although more shade is needed! It had everything we needed to feel like home! We would definitely come back! Don’t forget to check out Burrito Social across the street! Delicious!

That is great the views from the primary bedroom was fabulous, and the unit having with everything you needed that it felt like home. We hope you relaxed and had beach time. How fun the local fare was delicious, and you will join us again for a future stay!

The bathrooms could have been cleaner when we arrived but overall the unit was fine. Pool area was really good too! We’d definitely return.
