Welcome to the Hickory Meadow Cabin, a cozy, 2 bedroom log cabin near everything the Smoky Mountains have to offer!

Perfect for couples or small families, the cabin is an ideal spring getaway. Take in the fresh mountain air, hike to see waterfalls & wildflowers, visit the national park, go fishing or spend evenings relaxing in the hot tub.

With fast, reliable internet, it’s also perfect for a midweek work-from-the-mountains escape.

GETTING THERE
The cabin is easily accessible and right off the main road. The final ⅓ mile drive is on a well maintained gravel road. No 4x4 needed.

THE CABIN
The cabin sits on 1.25 acres and overlooks a beautiful meadow and forest. From the porch you'll enjoy privacy with no other houses in sight.

LIVING ROOM:
•Wall mounted TV with Amazon Firestick with most streaming apps pre downloaded (requires your own subscription), Netflix is already logged in

• Each bedroom has a comfy queen sized bed
• 100% cotton bedding and 2 memory foam and 2 soft, fluffy pillows in each room
• BLACKOUT cellular blinds in both bedrooms.

•Shower with handheld shower head

•Washer and dryer
•Towels, soap, shampoo and conditioner provided

KITCHEN:
• A fully stocked kitchen with everything you need to cook a delicious meal at home including olive oil, salt and pepper
• Brand-new stove, microwave and Bosch dishwasher

COFFEE BAR:
There is a well stocked coffee bar featuring:
•Conventional drip coffee pot
• Kettle
• Regular and decaf coffee
• A variety of tea

ENTERTAINMENT:
A variety of books, games and puzzles

We found the cabin to be clean and comfortable with easy access to a number of locations such as Cherokee, Great Smokeys Nat'l Park, Bryson City, Dillsboro and the Tuckasegee. Pluses, Nice back yard especially for pets, outside water source to rinse off shoes or equipment, Hot tub and a well-maintained kitchen. Danielle is very responsive to any questions or issues that you may have.

The cabin was super cute and there plenty of amenities, however, my only complaint is about the uncomfortable bed and “dog smell”. The cabin was pretty clean but I could still immediately smell “animal” smell when we walked in. The hot tub was well maintained and felt amazing! That was our favorite part! Thanks for a fun and quick getaway!

Our vacation to the North Carolina area was enhanced by our stay in this cabin. The location was perfect to explore the area and was a peaceful retreat. The hot tub and front porch rockers were very inviting. The cabin was well stocked with essentials, tastefully decorated and clean. Highly recommend! Danielle and Brodin were extremely helpful and responded immediately to ensure we were comfortable and safe when the thermostat wasn’t working properly. We would definitely stay here again the next time we’re in the area.
