Lands End is Amazing!

Property is wonderful, everything you need for a quite get away. This location is far enough away from the main beaches to provide privacy, but close enough to drop into any of the local resorts and attractions. We will be back!

Anniversary Trip

We had a great week at Lands End and were happy with the unit. We were surprised to find out that parking was not included and had to pay extra for the week and for our guests. At these rates I would have assumed that we would have been informed of that prior to booking.

Great location and condo

Pros: Great location Nice comfortable condo with onsite amenities like pickleball court and jacuzzi Beautiful beaches Nice ocean view from balcony Cons Washing machine is not well maintained and was moldy Upon arrival you are told at the gate you have to get keys from another place (about 15 min round trip) You have to drop off the keys at the same location when leaving I assumed as I received no check out instructions Caught 2 giant cockroaches I stayed at the same condos before, different unit, didn’t have these problems

January getaway

The place was extremely nice...I would do a couple things if it were my property to improve things. The cable/internet was a joke, the dishwasher needs replacing (which property manager said they'd do), shower chair needs work (it was falling apart and pieces were moldy) and it def could've used a better cleaning. The closets are full of pillows, and the cabinets are so full of pots and pans etc that there is no place to put your food. This being said, we managed to deal with all of the above and really enjoyed our stay and would def go back. Management treated us fairly when addressing our concerns.

Great condo, great location

We had a blast at this property. The view from the condo was breathtaking as were the sunsets! The place was very clean and appeared to be well maintained. Previous reviews mention a moldy smell coming from the washing machine. We did not experience this at all. If there was one negative thing to say it would be the simple fact that you have to drive to pick up and drop off a key to the condo at the Resorts Rental office. It’s also a bit of a hassle to have to worry about carrying a key with you. The door has a key pad and it would have been so much more convenient for us to use that. Again, this was not a big deal and certainly would not stop us from renting this property again.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our Condo was fine best we have stayed in on our eight visits. Our daughter and her family stayed next door and was totally disappointed in the condition of their unit. Here is a list: Hole in bathroom shower wall, mold around shower door and toilet, air conditioner filter very dirty, ceilings in living area separating from walls, mattress in master bedroom sinks to the middle. My son in law is a building contractor in Atlanta and he stated the entire Condo needs re-modeling work. They were planning to come back next summer but will no longer do so. I think he owners of this condo should really consider remodeling before renting again. Their condo really doesn't represent Ocean Gallery or Resort Rentals. You have lost two families that will no longer enjoy your facilities.

Building 7, Unit 306 was by far the best renovated and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was fully equipped to include every type of cooking gadget you may need. Understanding that most people don’t want cook on vacation; however, when you do prepare a meal having a fully equipped kitchen is a real bonus. The high-top table and chairs on the balcony gave us a splendid view of the gulf. The layout of the living area was wonderful with having a sofa, loveseat, and 2 chairs supplied plenty of seating for the four of us. The large island in the kitchen gave us plenty of room for preparing and serving our food. The dining table was a suitable place for playing games with our family and sharing meals together. The beds were comfortable. You will not be disappointed in renting 306 in building 7 and highly recommend it. We are planning to rent it again.

The views were amazing and of course the pool never disappoints! We would stay here again. We will be back because we love Land’s End and Treasure Island.

It would have been nice to have had more one trash bag and dishwasher pod. Those are things we had to buy when just one or two extras would have sufficed. Also, management was a little unfriendly. We were told we couldn't have a water bottle around the pool, but another guest, who owned a unit, had a cigar.

Beautiful condo on quiet beach

I stayed here with my husband and 2 adult children. The condo has everything you need for a great time. Lots of dishes, towels, pillows, and books. The location on the beach with a pool was just perfect us. The cable went out intermittently but we were able to watch the SuperBowl. We did have issues with internet on arrival. We are from Canada and have to pay for roaming and data. We let the manager know immediately that the password given wasn’t working. We spoke with spectrum support and went through all the troubleshooting. After 2 days and a few phone calls and a visit from resort rentals they realized we were given the wrong password.

Most importantly, you could tell that there was great attention to detail with regards to cleanliness. I would recommend maintenance on the dishwasher, as the bottom rack would not stay on track and was difficult to use. The balcony provided a wonderful view and we would definitely recommend this condo to others. You won't be disappointed.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Fantastic condo complex. Condo was nice but bathrooms are really small and the second bedroom could use a dresser for clothes. Beds were comfortable and condo is beautifully decorated. Nice and relaxing. The walkway to the beach for this building location does have steps so if you have a beach buggy/wagon be prepared to walk to another point of entry...not a big deal just worth a mention. Both hot tubs weren’t in operating condition. The larger of the two we were told the association doesn’t have the funds to have repaired and the one in pool area spit out air and didn’t bubble.

The view is beautiful and it is a short walk to the pool. The check in process was easy.

So glad to hear that you enjoyed your time at Land's End in this premier beachfront condo!! We are sorry for any troubles that you had with water pressure, unfortunately the entire community was feeling that effect due to a water main that was hit by a barge during a dredging project that was being conducted by the city. That situation has been corrected and we are sorry for any troubles it may have caused. Thank you for choosing to stay with us and we hope to see you back for a future visit.
