Just a short walk from the top chairlift and Skybar 5506’, you will find yourself surrounded by stunning scenery, including sunrises, sunsets, and vibrant fall colors, with vistas extending over 40 miles across three states.

As you enter Oz Cathedral, you will be captivated by the massive 2-and-half-story vaulted ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows that frame the spectacular views. Experience the beauty of Grandfather Mountain, Sugar Mountain, Mount Mitchell, and Roan Mountain from the comfort of your own luxurious space.

Access is easy-breezy - NO KEYS TO LOSE! You will have your own unique access code good for the duration of your stay. No worries about going extra places to get keys or having to make beds on your own. Simply show up for your vacation, instant access, beds made - time to RELAX!

The chalet is situated in the small vacation town of Beech Mountain, NC. Its mountaintop location and small-town charm offer a wonderful ambiance and a place to relax and refresh. The serene setting and mesmerizing natural surroundings provide plenty of attractions and places of interest for you to visit. Both Beech Mountain & Banner Elk offer skiing/snowboarding, snow tubing, eco-tourism, zip-lining, mountain biking, off-road ATVs, rafting, fly fishing, hiking, golf, fine dining, and shopping all at your fingertips.

Getting Around:
It is highly recommended to bring a 4WD or AWD to access Beech Mountain. During winter months we highly suggest bringing snow chains to assist.
