The Space:

Ocean Terrace Condo places you right in the heart of Daytona Beach - close enough to feel the salt breeze, with everything you need to settle in and stay comfortable from the moment you arrive.

 

The space

The condo is laid out for easy living. A generous dining area flows naturally into the living room, where you can catch up on cable TV or step straight out to the balcony for some fresh air and outdoor seating. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, blender, coffee maker, toaster, wine glasses, and a breakfast bar - ideal for everything from a quiet morning coffee to a proper sit-down meal with the group.

 

Sleeping arrangements

Two comfortable bedrooms give the group room to spread out. The first bedroom offers a queen-sized bed, while the second is set up with two single beds - a solid layout for families or small groups. Both rooms come with bed linens, extra pillows and blankets, room-darkening shades, and clothing storage to help you settle in properly.

 

Bathrooms

Two full bathrooms mean no queuing in the mornings. Both are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body soap, shower gel, and a hair dryer - so you can pack light and arrive ready to enjoy your stay.

 

Building amenities

Ocean Terrace Condo comes with access to a community pool, tennis courts, and a clubhouse - plenty of ways to fill the time between beach trips. A building elevator makes getting to and from your floor easy, and free parking on premises means the car is always taken care of. Shared laundry facilities are available on each floor, which is especially handy for longer stays.

 

Starter supplies

The condo is stocked with starter essentials to get you going: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, a sponge, dishwasher pods, washer pods, and kitchen towels. For extended stays, you may need to top these up during your trip.

 

Getting around

Beach access is directly across the street. When you need to stock up, a Publix grocery store is within walking distance. For day trips and evenings out, you're well placed: Sunglow Fishing Pier and Crabby Joe's Deck & Grill are both around 5 minutes away, the Daytona Beach Boardwalk and Pier is a 10-minute drive, Ponce Inlet Lighthouse is roughly 15 minutes south, and Daytona International Speedway is about 20 minutes away.
