Very cute and cozy little house. The owner was across the street and very helpful. We stayed in 2 different of his houses and they were great. Would stay again if we ever make it back.

Clean and convenient for 2 adults

Convenient and quiet area. We came straight from the 15 min drive from the airport late evening and left by 8 am to take the helicopter tour in Palmer. Clean rooms. Highly recommend for the convenience.

It's indeed a cozy house.We had a pleasant stay. Being that said, there could be some improvements. The cleanliness was Ok, but not spotless. The comfort of the bed wasn't good. The matress needs to be replaced, as also the pillows. (Far to flat) Wi-Fi wasn't the best. Big plus for the host though. Responded quickly and tried to solve issues. Said he is going to improve the internet. Brought a clean Bath Mat right away. Location is good, parking on site available. Quiet neighbourhood.

We did NOT stay in this property due to the area in which it was located. As we were getting closer to the home, we noticed a change in businesses, homelessness and the upkeep of homes. Upon arrival we opted to not stay, as the house next door looks undesirable. I did contact the host and he said there was nothing wrong with the area, I beg to differ. While I cannot rate the interior of the home, me and my spouse did not feel comfortable leaving our vehicle in the area. This is the first VRBO I have ever walked away from after making a full payment. My safety was more important than a couple of hundred dollars. Would not recommend.

Nebyla připravena třetí postel pro třetího člověka. Nakonec jsme našli deku v šatníku. Jednoduché ubytovaní, čistota jakž takž. Majitel reagoval na první požadavek ohledně taxi, na druhý již ne. Na jednu noc vyhovující. Okolo nic není, jedna se o residenční čtvrt. Auto se hodí.
