Family snowcation

Perfect clean home for our 3 generation family. The bottom floor has a bathroom, queen or king and in another room a bunkbed with twins. The second floor had a half bath with an amazing kitchen, table for 6, 2 high top stools and all kinds of spices, the living room couch, chair, TV and a gas fireplace. The third floor master bedroom has a king bed with in suite bathroom. Another bedroom has two queen beds and its own bathroom. The garage was convenient to park one of our vehicles. Close to everything

Only 10-15 minutes to winter park and less than 5 to Safeway. Kitchen is very well stocked, we were able to make all our meals. Games and puzzles for family activities. Unit is up a hill, so make sure your vehicle will handle the snow/ice. Owner super easy to contact.

This is a great place for a large group. Close to shuttle for skiing and getting around town. Plenty of rooms and baths. Cannot wait to go back.

Fantastic Trip

The condo was exactly as advertized...clean, well stocked and perfect for our family of 5. Just up the hill from the Safeway in Fraser with a great view of the valley. Rachelle was attentive and easy to get ahold of during our stay. Would highley recommend and we would love to come back.

Our family of 4 adults and 3 kids had a fantastic stay at this home. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything needed to cook gourmet meals all you need is food and drinks. The snow covered Mountain View’s are amazing and everyone loved our stay. Easy access to skiing at Winter Park, snow tubing in Fraser, snow sledding in hideaway park for the kids and we all loved snowmobiling. Highly recommend this home

Great Place to Stay

We were pleasantly surprised with this condo. Beautiful home, very well equipped kitchen, plenty of beds, huge bedrooms, living room was perfectly set up - all in all a wonderful experience for us! We had 5 adults & 3 children + an infant & there were even baby spoons & a toddler seat for the kitchen table! We got to have the mountain experience, but great access to town. There was plenty of space to enjoy our family, but also plenty of space to hide away when needed! The view from the balconies was breathtaking & our host responded quickly to any questions or needs we had. We highly recommend this condo & are considering leasing again for a possible summer vacation or even next Christmas. You really cannot go wrong with this space!

Amazing Fraser Townhome

We had an amazing week in this Fraser Townhome. Super clean, great views and it felt like home away from home. The beds were comfortable, and the bedding was high quality. Extremely well appointed apartment. The local host was very responsive and had some great suggestions on things to do in the area. Central to a ton of activities including hiking, horseback riding, ATV rentals, boating and of course the National Park. We would stay here again in a heart beat!!

Some places measure up—this exceeds expectations!

Although we had a glitch receiving check in instructions, the host was simply AMAZING at getting us connected. Everything was perfect- more dishes, linens, games, and toys than expected and more beds than we anticipated too. Location is fantastic- close to things but breathing room. This was our fave VRBO ever- and that says a lot because we stay all over. Thanks!!

The Absolute BEST

This is your MUST STAY in the Winterpark area. I stay at a lot of Homeaway properties and this one was the best one ever. From spices for cooking to a kleenex boxes throughout the house, it is the most well stocked home I have ever rented. More than adequate linens with a decorated Christmas tree. Dish service for 16+ complete with sippy cups and plastic dishes for the kids. An abundance of pots and pans so no time spent constantly washing dishes. Games, puzzles, toys and books to entertain infants to grandma. Located in a complex where the roads and driveways were plowed after a big snow, a short walk to groceries and within a few miles of all attractions including sleigh rides, tubing hills and ski slopes. The owners text me the evening of arrival to make sure everything was in order. Look no further, this is your vacation rental.

Wonderful home!

Throughout the years, my family and I have stayed in many condos/town homes in Fraser. This property is one of the best we have stayed in. The unit is very spacious, clean (which is extremely important to me) and has very comfortable beds. It is close to a Safeway grocery store and many restaurants. I would highly recommend this place!

A very clean, tidy and well laid out property for our ski holiday at Winter Park. Lots of storage, well stocked kitchen with basics and more. Great layout for one or two families, space for everyone. Photo's match the experience and would recommend for those that like to self-cater - Safeway is 3 minutes away. Beautiful views of WP hills.

We absolutely loved our stay here!

This condo was wonderful! It had everything we needed/wanted! There were plenty of beds and baths for everyone and we had 4 adults and 3 kids! I also loved how big the rooms were so you could spread out all your stuff! The living area is very comfy to hangout in and watch tv or play games as a group! We would definitely rent this unit again! Another plus is Safeway is very close and lots of places to eat! Winter Park ski resort isn’t too far of a drive either. We went skiing every day that we were there and the drive wasn’t bad at all!

FABULOUS PROPERTY WITH OUTSTANDING AMMENITIES!

This home had a well designed floor plan to maximize comfort and space. The interior was clean, well kept, and attractive. It was stocked with everything a family could want including several televisions with a great cable package and a huge assortment of games to make family time memorable. We do all our own cooking and the kitchen was well stocked with dishes, appliances, and cookware that made meal preparation a breeze and allowed us to have quality meal time together as a family. We will be renting this unit again!

First thing is we will be back. The owner Rachelle is wonderful. Well maintained home very clean. Just bring food and clothes thats all you need. Close to Winter Park. All kinds of things to do if you like the outdoors. Hiking, Mountain Biking, River rafting and shopping. Pretty views from the home. Convenient, good value

We stayed with four people, and it was great. You need a car in Winter Park, and this place was close without being as expensive as some places right by the resort. It says three bedrooms, but there is an additional room with two twin beds that is very useful. The host was super nice and helpful too. Recommend!

Loved this place and Fraser tubing hill, not big on Winter Park ski resort

Lots of room, beds, bathrooms; very clean, well decorated. Multiple cable TVs. garage parking; great views; < 10 minute drive to Winter park skiing area. Didn't much care for Winter Park ski resort itself due to the extremely long lift lines and outrageous prices (~ $224 per person per day to ski....$174 lift ticket, $50 rentals), but if you are set on going to WP then this place is great. We would love to come back during the summer months some time. If you do come to ski WP, make sure you have some sort of season pass or "bundle" (this seems to be common with most of the high dollar ski areas in Northern CO such as as WP, Breck, Vail/BC, Aspen, Steamboat, etc. On the positive side, the Fraser tubing hill was a big hit, very reasonable, and just across the street from this place...HIGHLY recommend it.

Lovely townhouse with breathtaking views of the mountains. Plenty of space to accommodate our whole family. Great location and close to Devils Thumb Ranch where my daughter had her wedding. The House was clean and had lots of extras that you might need for your stay. Loved it!

Great ski house

The bedrooms and living space was perfect for our group. The pictures understate the amount of space for everyone. And the kitchen comes fully stocked with everything you need to prep your meals. One little side note when arriving, the written instructions to find the house work better than Google maps. Thanks for a comfortable weekend.
