Efficient apartment lay out can accommodate up to 3 people.
2 TV sets of appropriate for the apartment size with free cable and wifi internet service.
Property is conveniently located at the entrance to Waikiki; close to Ala Moana Shopping Center, Hilton Lagoon, Beach, Magic Island and Honolulu Convention Center.
Queen size bed and comfortable full size sofa-bed, sleeps a total of up to 3 people.
Ideal for up to 2 adults and 1-2 children, or up to 3 adults.
Full kitchen completed with black stainless steel appliances and lots of cabinet storage space.
Central AC in the building
Community app operated laundry in the building.
Our guests can enjoy access to the outdoor pool facilities located in a nearby building.
Parking in the adjacent public garage for additional fee: $35/day. Monthly passes are available for $180/mo for building guests with 3+ mos rental agreement.
All parking fees are payable to the parking garage authorities and are subject to change without notice.
A few restaurants on the ground floor: Chart House, Red Lobster and Harbor Pub.
Discovery Bay center, ABC store and McDonalds are across the street.
Japanese Stake House, Hilton Hawaiian Village and many other eateries are just and down the street.
This is strictly Non Smoking, no pet property
