3 Bedroom, 7 Bed, 2.5 Bath, plus outdoor shower, 11 Guests. Just STEPS from the private portion of Rexhame Beach in Marshfield, MA. There is room for 4 cars in the driveways on property. Absolutely no street parking.

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds, gather used towels, and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Strip sheets/pillowcases on beds that were used and leave in the hamper. Leave dirty towels in the hamper if they can’t be washed ahead of time.
Put all games, toys, other misc items back where they were upon arrival. Wash all dishes or load & start the dishwasher. Make sure all trash is BAGGED, not leaking, and put in black trash barrels
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Doors and windows not to be left open when using heat/ac No glass by the pool area Absolutely no diving (shallow pool) Do not take remotes off of wall
Parking: Can fit 4 cars on premises. Two in driveway on Standish St., and two in driveway on Gilbert. St parking req's town parking pass.
No children under 6yrs on top bunk

Amazing Long Weekend!

The place is amazing!! Exceeded our expectations and the location is perfect for being close to the beach!There are no food options within a short walking distance, but great restaurants in the area within a 10 minute drive.Overall, highly recommend this property for a great Oceanside area stay in the Boston area!

This is a beautiful home with all of the amenities needed for a great vacation. The home is lovely and very comfortable with plenty of room for a big family. The pool is beautiful with a relaxing patio and gazebo. The beach is just a few houses away - wide clean and amazing views! Great location with a short drive to Boston or Plymouth and we even made a quick day trip to Salem. Thank you to our hosts who were very helpful with a quick response to any of our inquiries!
