Note for the summer of 2027 the house will have 7 bedrooms and 7.5 bathrooms. The two new bedrooms will have a king bedroom and bathroom in one of the bedrooms and the other bedroom will have three sets of bunk beds, two of the bunk beds will be twin over a twin and the third bunk bed will be a twin over a double. The existing bunk room (bedroom 2) will be a queen bedroom for 2027.
