Just 5 minutes from Paine's Creek and Cold Storage Beach. Explore local trails, enjoy beach time, or simply unwind in complete privacy.
Our 3-level home provides a tranquil sanctuary for those seeking quiet relaxation and easy access to all that the Cape has to offer.
The main floor of the house has an open space design with kitchen, living room, TV, and dining space with table seating for eight people. There is also a walk-in pantry, 1 bedroom, and a full bathroom. The second floor includes two bedrooms, a full bathroom, and a workspace with desk. The lower level includes a family room with TV and bedroom with direct access to the yard.
Experience the quiet of the woods while relaxing or dining on the deck. The yard also includes fire pit, plus parking for 2-3 cars. Steps away, hike the trails in the adjoining conservation land.
Within a few miles of the house, enjoy Cape Cod treasures such as:
· Brewster beaches & Brewster flats
· Long Pond Beach
· Cape Cod Rail Trail
· Nickerson State Park, which offers 400 acres of trails and ponds, plus biking with access to Cape Cod Rail Trail
