"We stayed at Lee and Phillips place for 10 months and loved every minute of it! My husband and I both worked from home and we had plenty of space during the day, the internet worked really well, and overall two people working from this space worked out great! The space was charming, clean, and after 10 months of living here I can affirm that this location is the best in Portland for a long stay! You can walk to anything on the peninsula! While a few previous reviews mentioned the stairs to the 3rd floor being steep, we found them completely manageable and we never had any issues with them! We used the parking across the street and during the snowy days it was really nice to have the car covered. Lee and Phillip were very responsive and if we ever come back to Portland for a long stint, we will 100% choose to stay here again!"

"This is such a gem of a place. Centrally located with all the amenities. Close to the farmer's market, downtown, parks, and museums. Portland has so much to do and so many great restaurants. The place is so charming with two full workstations. The kitchen is easy to use and there is a great entertainment setup. The location is close to everything and Portland is walkable."
