A king bed is in the 3rd bedroom and a queen bed is in the 4th. Each of those bedrooms has a TV and share a jack-and-jill bathroom with a tub and shower combination. There is a dining area with a table and chairs and a table and chairs in the fully equipped kitchen. There is a TV and queen sleeper sofa in the living area. This home also has a washer and dryer.

There is an outside shower, swing, rockers, picnic table, and a large back yard. Golf carts are allowed on this property (you can bring your own or rent one locally). Pets and smoking are not allowed on this property. Motorcycles are allowed. There is parking for 4 vehicles. Families only please. No students or student groups. The minimum age to rent is 25.

Just around the corner from Why Not are Boulineaus Grocery, Dairy Hut, and other local restaurants, dive bars, and stores to pick up a favorite vacation souvenir. Main Street, North Myrtle Beach, is a favorite location for shopping, dining, strolling, and hanging out. The new Greg Rowles Legacy Theater is also on Main Street, boasting award winning, talented local entertainment at its best! This relaxing vacation home rental is also a short drive away from restaurants, shopping, and entertainment.
